Naked Juice (owned by Pepsi), is paying out $9,000,000 to drinkers after falsely using the term “natural,” The FDA has fumbled with the definition of “natural,” but the class action lawsuit against Pepsi continues to welcome submissions who bought Naked Juice until November.
