Thimerosal is a widely used vaccine preservative that is present in the majority of flu shots and other vaccines. Thimerosal is 49% mercury by volume, an extremely toxic chemical element that wreaks havoc on the nervous system, neurological function, and overall biological function [1]. Each dose of flu vaccine contains around 25 micrograms of thimerosal, over 250 times the Environmental Protection Agency’s safety limit of exposure.

Mercury, a neurotoxin, is especially damaging to undeveloped brains. Considering that 25 micrograms of mercury is considered unsafe by the EPA for any human under 550 pounds, the devastating health effects of mercury on a developing fetus are truly concerning.

Though thimerasol is not entirely mercury, the mercury content is still extremely high, making it very toxic to the human body. Despite highly exceeding the EPA safety standards for mercury content by over 250 times, flu shots are still recommended for children over 6 months and pregnant women.

It seems that the age groups that are urged to receive the flu shot are actually most affected by mercury exposure. Young children, pregnant women, and elderly are the ‘targeted’ demographic of flu shot manufacturers, and these individuals also happen to have the least defense against the elemental neurotoxin mercury.

Dr. Russel Blaylock, a leading neurologist, expains:

A recent study looked at the immune reaction in newborn infants up to the age of one year who had received the HepB vaccine to see if their immune reaction differed from adults getting the same vaccine. What they found was that the infant, even after age one year, did react differently. Their antibody levels were substantially higher than adults (3-fold higher) and it remained higher throughout the study.

In essence, they found that the babies responded to the vaccine by having an intense Th2 response that persisted long after it should have disappeared, a completely abnormal response.

In 2004, the The Coalition for Mercury-free Drugs petitioned the FDA to limit the use of thimerosal in vaccine citing safety concerns. In a reply made public years later, the FDA denied the request despite overwhelming evidence that mercury is harmful to the human body [2] [3] [4].

In addition to mercury, vaccines also contain other toxic fillers and preservatives that have been linked to health conditions such as cancer:

• Aluminum: Also a neurotoxin, aluminum has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease [5] and other cognitive diseases [6].

• Formaldehyde: Among the 8 new substances to be added to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services list of carcinogens.

• Antibiotics: Various forms include neomycin, streptomycin, and gentamicin.

• Triton X-100: A detergent that should not be injected into the human bloodstream.

By recommending flu shots to the public, the CDC and vaccine manufacturers are ignoring the warnings of not only major studies conducted by prominent universities, but also the EPA. The EPA’s safety limit of mercury exposure is being exceeded by over 250 times each shot. In addition to a number of other ‘recommended’ vaccines, flu shots are dished out each year to the public, meaning that this exposure increases to 250 times the limit each year. Over a 10 year period, it is possible to exceed the limit by 2500 times simply by receiving a yearly flu shot.

Contrary to what state legislatures may lead you to believe, no one has the legal or moral authority to force you or your child into receiving a vaccine. While the State has the legal authority to fully establish the use of vaccines, to receive a vaccination treatment requires your voluntary and informed consent. Therefore, despite the tricky wording of school officials and mainstream public health workers, there are a number of ways in which you can exempt yourself from receiving the ‘required’ vaccinations as set by school districts and workplaces.

In 1905, the U.S. Supreme Court allowed states to pass laws ‘requiring’ citizens to receive certain vaccines. Today, all 50 states have passed vaccine laws that ‘require’ proof of vaccination in order to attend daycare, elementary, junior and high school and college. What is oftentimes kept from you is the fact that all 50 states have medical exemptions from this rule, 48 states have religious exemptions, and 18 states allow for a philosophical or conscientious belief exemption.

Vaccination and U.S. Law: A Brief Summary

Medical Exemptions: All 50 states allow medical exemption to vaccination. Medical exemptions to vaccination must be written by a medical doctor (M.D.) or doctor of osteopathy (D.O.) and are usually reviewed annually by school or state health officials.

Since 1986, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) have eliminated most officially recognized medical reasons for withholding vaccination (contraindications) so that almost no medical condition qualifies for a medical exemption to vaccination.

In most states, school or state public health officials can question or even deny a medical exemption to vaccination written by a doctor if it does not strictly conform to CDC and AAP contraindication guidelines 

Religious Exemptions: All but two states (West Virginia and Mississippi) allow religious exemption to vaccination. These exemptions are worded differently in different states and require different forms of written documentation that must be submitted to state governments supporting a sincerely held religious belief opposing vaccination.

Some states require a notarized affidavit or letter from a spiritual advisor attesting to the sincerity of a person’s religious beliefs about vaccination. The religious exemption is under attack and, in some states like New York, parents are being grilled about the sincerity of their religious beliefs by state officials and denied religious exemptions to vaccination so their partially or completely unvaccinated children cannot attend public schools. 

Conscientious Belief Exemptions: 18 states allow conscientious, personal or philosophical belief exemption to vaccination. These states come the closest to protecting a citizen’s right to exercise voluntary, informed consent to vaccination in America.

They are: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin 

Vaccine Exemptions for Military Personnel: All branches of the U.S. Armed Services provide medical and religious exemptions to vaccination, but those exemptions must be first declared before enlistment in the military.

If a military recruit does not clearly state a medical or religious objection to vaccination BEFORE joining the military, he or she gives up the right to object to vaccination during active military service. Failure to obey an order to vaccinate while on active military duty can result in demotion, imprisonment and involuntary discharge from the military, including dishonorable discharge. After enlistment, legal assistance is often required to successfully object to vaccination without being subjected to sanctions.

Vaccine Exemptions for International Travel: Different countries have different laws requiring vaccines to enter or leave the country. Most developed countries, including those in Europe, currently do not require visitors to show proof of vaccination. However, some countries in Africa, Asia and elsewhere may require certain vaccines to enter or exit. Click here to check the CDC website on travel vaccine requirements. 

Other Vaccine Exemption Issues: Vaccine choices also can affect adoption, immigration, child custody arrangements during divorce proceedings, eligibility for health insurance and government entitlement programs, and medical care. Children adopted from foreign countries as well as in the U.S. may be required by US law and adoption agencies to receive certain government mandated vaccines.

Immigration laws also contain vaccine requirement provisions. In cases of divorce, one parent may attempt to gain full custody of a minor child by using the vaccine choice issue as leverage. Some families have been dropped from medical insurance plans or barred from eligibility for government funded medical care and food supplement programs if children are not given all government recommended vaccines.

By now I’m sure many of you are aware of both the serious dangers behind vaccinations as well as the immune response most people face after having been vaccinated.

But what does one do after receiving a vaccine? There are ways to protect yourself after receiving a vaccination. These methods of protection, or to reverse the damage, work for both serious dangers and immune reactions. Whether you’re experiencing soreness, nausea, vomiting, or dizziness, by taking protective measures you can absolutely dampen, if not get rid of the negative vaccine side-effects.

The first thing to do after receiving a vaccination is to hold a cold ice pack on the injected area immediately. You should hold the cold pack on the injection site for the rest of the day, and if immune responses don’t subside within the first day, continue with the cold pack into day 2 and start taking cold showers. By implementing this method you will be blocking the immune reaction.

Vitamins play a critical role in treating immune responses triggered by vaccinations. Vitamin E and Vitamin C can be extremely beneficial as they dampen immune reactions and helps to reduce inflammatory cytokines. It is recommended that when taking Vitamin C that it be taken 4 times a day between meals and not in the form of ascorbic acid. Vitamin D3 plays an especially significant role in dampening immune response. Vitamin D3 is excellent in boosting immune response and protecting against microorganisms. Vitamin D has been shown to be 800% more effective in preventing the flu than vaccines at 1,200 IU’s per day. The vitamin is even more powerful when taking the recommended 5,000 IU’s per day. Not only is vitamin d extremely beneficial in all respects of health, but it also helps if someone is over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction.

Another way to help immune response is to take in some helpful minerals and other nutrients. Zinc and magnesium citrate/malate can protect against vaccine toxicity. Flavanoids such as curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid, and ellagic acid are wonderful against immune response due to their ability to prevent longer-term immune reaction by blocking the harmful effects of adjuvants. Taking these flavanoids mixed together an hour before being vaccinated can help greatly.

Flu season is approaching, and it’s been a tradition of sorts to prepare with a flu shot. It’s almost ingrained in American culture that the answer to preempt disease is with a ‘harmless’ immunization.

With the option to vaccinate at your local pharmacy now, there’s a high chance that many citizens are going to roll up their sleeves, shell out the cash, and take the shot.

It’s interesting to consider, however, that flu shots, while being pushed on the public harder than ever, are shockingly ineffective. There is a noticeable lack of validation for just how effective the flu shot really is at creating a successful immunization.

The science behind vaccines is that they trigger your immune system into responding to a threat. By doing this, the immune system assimilates the capacity to deal with said threat. This makes the effectiveness of a vaccine relative to how it stimulates your immune system. If your immune system is weak, your body will likely skip any immunization process, and you may even end up contracting the virus that you were trying to prevent.

In many cases, the body may not be able to generate a response. If the strain of virus changes, then the immunization you received prior to this becomes useless. Or your immune system may be too burdened to properly respond to stimulus.

It’s noteworthy that flu shots are totally ineffective against new strains of the flu, and they are only partially effective against existing flu strains. Essentially, manufacturers have to play a guessing game in order to produce an effective shot, and if any of the variables change, then the relevance of the flu shot is compromised. This guessing game in creating a flu shot could take 12-18 months, leaving an incredible time lapse in between flu strains and thereby making the guessing game even more difficult to win.

So why take a risk, when we know that vaccines are dangerous and untested? The flu shot has been determined to be 1% effective – odds just about no one would go against if they were told upfront by their doctor. When there are natural alternatives that have proven success in bolstering your immune system’s strength, there is no reason to take this kind of risk in order to lower your flu risk by 1%.

Over the past 27 years — the complete timeframe that the data has been available —  there have been 0 deaths as a result of vitamins and over 3 million deaths related to prescription drug use. In fact, going back 54 years there have only been 11 claims of vitamin-related death, all of which provided no substantial evidence to link vitamins to the cause of death. The news comes after a recent statistically analysis found that pharmaceutical drug deaths now outnumber traffic fatalities in the US.

In 2009, drugs exceeded the amount of traffic-related deaths, killing at least 37,485 people nationwide.

The findings go against the claims of mainstream medical ‘experts’  and mainstream media outlets who often push the idea that multivitamins are detrimental to your health, and that prescription drugs are the only science-backed option to improving your health. While essential nutrients like vitamin D are continually being shown to slash your risk of disease such as diabetes and cancer, prescription pharmaceuticals are continually being linked to such conditions. In fact, the top-selling therapeutic class pharmaceutical drug has been tied to the development of diabetes and even suicide, and whistleblowers are just now starting to speak out despite studies as far back as the 80s highlighting the risks.

Mainstream medical health officials were recently forced to speak out over the danger of antipsychotic drugs, which millions of children have been prescribed since 2009. U.S. pediatric health advisers blew the whistle over the fact that these pharmaceuticals can lead to diabetes and even suicide, the very thing they aim to prevent. What is even more troubling is that half of all Americans will be diagnosed with a mental condition during their lifetime thanks to lack of diagnosis guidelines currently set by the medical establishment, of which many cases will lead to the prescription of antipsychotics and other similar medications.

In order to protect sales, the link between suicide and antipsychotic drugs was completely covered up by Eli Lilly & Co, the makers of Prozac. Despite research stretching as far back as the 1980s finding that Prozac actually leads to suicide, the company managed to hide the evidence until a Harvard psychiatrist leaked the information into the press. The psychiatrist, Martin Teicher, stated that the American people were being treated like guinea pigs in a massive pharmaceutical experiment.

Greedy and oftentimes prescription-happy doctors are handing out antipsychotic medication like candy to adults and young children alike. In 2008, antipsychotics became the top-selling therapeutic class prescription drug in the United States and grossing over $14 billion in sales.

Antipsychotic drugs are not the only dangerous pharmaceuticals. The average drug label contains 70 side effects, though many popular pharmaceuticals have been found to contain 100 to 125. Some drugs, prescribed by doctors to supposedly improve your health, come with over 525 negative reactions.

Ritalin, for example, has been linked to conditions including:

• Increased blood pressure


• Increased heart rate


• Increased body temperature


• Increased alertness


• Suppressed appetite

Perhaps the hundreds of negative side effects is part of the reason why the FDA announced last year that it is pulling more than 500 cold and allergy off the market due to health concerns. A new study has found that a growing number of parents are waking up to the dangers of recommended childhood vaccinations, with many parents choosing to opt out of all vaccines for their children. More than 1 in 10 parents are now straying from the traditional vaccine schedule, and experts project the number to increase exponentially.

The CDC currently recommends loading up children under 6 with a cocktail of vaccinations, including shots for MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), the seasonal flu, chicken pox, whooping cough, and hepatitis. The full schedule is listed on the CDC website.

The seasonal flu shot, among the recommended vaccinations, contains more than 250 times the safety level of mercury as set by the EPA, and has been found to only be 1% effective in actually preventing influenza. It has also been linked to narcolepsy, a deadly nerve disease, and death. But the health consequences do not stop there.

The hepatitis B shot also tops the recommendation list, which has been tied to several serious conditions. Vaccinating with hepatitis B has been tied to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), multiple sclerosis, and numerous chronic autoimmune disorders. Hepatitis B vaccine dangers have even been established by a court ruling.

In the case the plaintiff asserted that they had developed systemic lupus erythematosus as a result of receiving the vaccination. After reviewing the evidence, the U.S. government was forced to admit the vaccine led to the development of the disease. The plaintiff was deceased at the time of the ruling, though the landmark ruling echoed throughout the health community. The United States Court of Federal Claims document summarizes:

Tambra Harris … filed a petition for compensation alleging that she suffered certain injuries as a result of receiving a vaccination. Ever since the mid 70s, medical scientists have been well aware of the beneficial effects of cannabinoid compounds over cancerous cells. The study concluded that via the same biochemical process THC could terminate multiple types of cancers, affecting various cells in the body. Other studies have shown that cannabinoids may work by various mechanisms, including inhibiting cell growth, inducing cell death, and inhibiting tumor metastasis.

It is important to understand, as addressed in the aforementioned article, the context in which the new vaccine production is being implemented. Almost seven-hundred-thousand Floridians, residents of Pinellas County to be exact, no longer have to be concerned about fluoride being added to the public water supply. Who is responsible for this feat? Norm Roche.

The fact is that Pinellas county began adding fluoride to the public water supply almost eight years ago and a vote by county commissioners has undone the practice. Dentists in attendance at the “workshop” were shaken by the commissioner’s vote of 4-3 in favor of stopping fluoridating the public supply.

Perhaps the most telling statement on the issue was issued by Roche, who happens to be a new commissioner there:

If you’re going to put in the water a chemical that does not have anything to do with the cleanliness of purifying the water, then that needs to be in the hands of the public, the citizens need to vote on it.

We couldn’t agree more with you Norm, congratulations!

The CDC is playing a shell game with endorsing the safety of vaccines. Even though the CDC pays for advertisements, they have a disclaimer that says that the contents of the advertising are solely the responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily represent the official views of the CDC, or in other words, don’t believe what they are saying.

Additionally, if you go to the CDC Vaccine Safety page, you will see that ALL of the scientific papers listed at the bottom of the page will take you to a third party websites.

The CDC has a disclaimer that nullifies third party website information. The disclaimer says:
