Intel leads $50 mn investment in public transit app Moovit
Israel-based public transit app Moovit on Wednesday said that it has raised $50 million in an investment round led by Intel Capital. Existing investors including Sequoia Capital, BMW iVentures, NGP, Ashton Kutcher’s Sound Ventures, and Gemini also participated in the round. The startup plans to collaborate with Intel subsidiary Mobileye that builds autonomous driving solutions.
