Google removed 100 ‘bad’ ads per second in 2017
In 2017, Google removed 100 ‘bad’ ads per second that violated its policies which amounts to 3.2 billion ads in the year, according to its annual report. Google also blocked 320,000 publishers, 90,000 websites, and 700,000 mobile apps from its ad network. About 130 million ads were removed for abusing services including trying to get around Google’s ad review.
