Amazon to become world’s 1st trillion dollar firm: Analyst
Analyst at Macquarie Group Benjamin Schachter has said that even without margin expansion in core retail, e-commerce giant Amazon will become the world’s “first trillion dollar company.” In March this year, Amazon overtook Google parent Alphabet for the first time to become the world’s second most valuable company. The company currently has a market capitalisation of $762.6 billion.
