Amazon has only three women on its 10-person board: Report
Amazon’s board of 10 members consists of only three women, according to executive research firm Equilar. It is similar to the makeup of the boards of other technology firms including, Microsoft and Apple. Earlier this week, Amazon announced the company would adopt a policy to include women and minorities in its candidate pool for all open board seats.
