The Sacramento Bee, a popular mainstream media outlet for not only citizens of Sacramento but also for readers around the globe, has taken down our highly viral anti-Monsanto article declaring them the Worst Company of 2011.

The article has received millions of views across a number of mainstream media platforms where it has been picked up as a result of our massive campaign on the subject, but The Sacramento Bee has removed the entirety of the article from their website after it was heavily shared on Facebook and posted to top websites.

Searching “Monsanto Declared Worst Company of 2011″ on Google generates 652,000 results, with countless mainstream and alternative sources carrying the wave-making press release. The press release goes into the numerous ways in which Monsanto is threatening your health and the environment, and with The Sacramento Bee and others carrying this powerful information, it makes sense that Monsanto would demand it be taken down. 

Sacramento Bee Deletes Story After It Goes Viral

You can view the original link to the article on The Sacramento Bee website, which now returns a 404 error marking its deletion. Of course this deletion occurred after top websites began linking to the article on The Sacramento Bee website, such as the Organic Consumers Association. In their article on the subject from December 6th, they list the source as The Sacramento Bee — even providing a link to ‘read the full’ story at the bottom of the excerpt.

The deletion of this story signifies the censorship of Monsanto’s deeds, which individuals who are unknowingly consuming genetically modified food ingredients deserve to know. Whether or not Monsanto directly demanded that the article be taken down from The Sacramento Bee website is uncertain, but what is certain is that mainstream publications that intend on staying relevant in 2012 will be forced to start telling the truth on matters like genetically modified crops and the crimes of the Monsanto corporation. Otherwise, readers will simply go somewhere else to hear the real story.

Final Activist Post Note:  All readers need to contact The Sacramento Bee and demand an explanation for this.  It is bad enough that the mainstream media continually spins information to satisfy their corporate masters, but people’s health is on the line.  Demand that the article be reinstated immediately, as well as remind them that they are quickly making themselves irrelevant as a source of honest information.  Please use the comment section below to tell us what type of response you get.

The more one researches mind control, the more one will come to the conclusion that there is a coordinated script that has been in place for a very long time with the goal to turn the human race into non-thinking automatons.  For as long as man has pursued power over the masses, mind control has been orchestrated by those who study human behavior in order to bend large populations to the will of a small “elite” group.

Today, we have entered a perilous phase where mind control has taken on a physical, scientific dimension that threatens to become a permanent state if we do not become aware of the tools at the disposal of the technocratic dictatorship unfolding on a worldwide scale.

Modern mind control is both technological and psychological.  Tests show that simply by exposing the methods of mind control, the effects can be reduced or eliminated, at least for mind control advertising and propaganda.  More difficult to counter are the physical intrusions, which the military-industrial complex continues to develop and improve upon.

1. Education

This is the most obvious form of mind control, yet still remains the most insidious.  It has always been a would-be dictator’s ultimate fantasy to “educate” naturally impressionable children, thus it has been a central component to Communist and Fascist tyrannies throughout history.  No one has been more instrumental in exposing the agenda of modern education than Charlotte Iserbyt — one can begin research into this area by downloading a free PDF of her book, The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, which lays bare the role of Globalist foundations in shaping a future intended to produce servile drones lorded over by a fully educated, aware elite class.

2. Advertising and Propaganda

Edward Bernays has been cited as the inventor of the consumerist culture that was designed primarily to target people’s self-image (or lack thereof) in order to turn a want into a need.  This was initially envisioned for products such as cigarettes, for example.  However, Bernays also noted in his 1928 book, Propaganda, that “propaganda is the executive arm of the invisible government.” This can be seen most clearly in the modern police state and the growing citizen snitch culture, wrapped up in the pseudo-patriotic War on Terror.  The increasing consolidation of media has enabled the entire corporate structure to merge with government, which now utilizes the concept of propaganda placement.  Media; print, movies, television, and cable news can now work seamlessly to integrate an overall message which seems to have the ring of truth because it comes from so many sources, simultaneously.  When one becomes attuned to identifying the main “message,” one will see this imprinting everywhere.  And this is not even to mention subliminal messaging.

3. Predictive Programming

Many still deny that predictive programming is real.  I would invite anyone to examine the range of documentation put together by Alan Watt and come to any other conclusion that this form of mind control is widely.  Predictive programming has its origins in predominately elitist Hollywood, where the big screen can offer a big vision of where society is headed.  Just look back at the books and movies which you thought were far-fetched, or “science fiction” and take a close look around at society today.  For a detailed breakdown of specific examples, Vigilant Citizen is a great resource that will probably make you look at “entertainment” in a completely different light.

4. Sports, Politics, Religion

Some might take offense at seeing religion, or even politics, put alongside sports as a method of mind control.  The central theme is the same throughout: divide and conquer.  The techniques are quite simple: short circuit the natural tendency of people to cooperate for their survival, and teach them to form teams bent on domination and winning.  Sports has always had a role as a key distraction that corrals tribal tendencies into a non-important event, which in modern America has reached ridiculous proportions where protests will break out over a sport celebrity leaving their city, but essential human issues such as liberty are giggled away as inconsequential.  Political discourse is strictly in a left-right paradigm of easily controlled opposition, while religion is the backdrop of nearly every war throughout history.

5. Food, Water, and Air

Additives, toxins, and other food poisons literally alter brain chemistry to create docility and apathy.  Fluoride in drinking water has been proven to lower IQ; Aspartame and MSG are excitotoxins which excite brain cells until they die; and easy access to the fast food that contains these poisons generally has created a population that lacks focus and motivation for any type of active lifestyle.  Most of the modern world is perfectly groomed for passive receptiveness — and acceptance — of the dictatorial elite.  And if you choose to diligently watch your diet, they are fully prepared to spray the population from the above.

6. Drugs

This can be any addictive substance, but the mission of mind controllers is to be sure you are addicted to something.  One major arm of the modern mind control agenda is psychiatry, which aims to define all people by their disorders, as opposed to their human potential.  This was foreshadowed in books such as Brave New World.  Today, it has been taken to even further extremes as a medical tyranny has taken hold where nearly everyone has some sort of disorder — particularly those who question authority.  The use of nerve drugs in the military has led to record numbers of suicides.  Worst of all, the modern drug state now has over 25% of U.S. children on mind-numbing medication. 7. Military testing

The military has a long history as the testing ground for mind control.  The military mind is perhaps the most malleable, as those who pursue life in the military generally resonate to the structures of hierarchy, control, and the need for unchallenged obedience to a mission.  For the increasing number of military personal questioning their indoctrination, a recent story highlighted DARPA’s plans for transcranial mind control helmets that will keep them focused.

8. Electromagnetic spectrum

An electromagnetic soup envelops us all, charged by modern devices of convenience which have been shown to have a direct impact on brain function.

In a tacit admission of what is possible with this method of mind control, one researcher has been working with a “god helmet” to induce visions by altering the electromagnetic field of the brain.

Our modern soup has us passively bathed by potentially mind-altering waves, while a wide range of possibilities such as cell phone towers is now available to the would-be mind controller for more direct intervention.

9. Television, Computer, and “flicker rate”

It’s bad enough that what is “programmed” on your TV (accessed via remote “control”) is engineered; it is all made easier by literally lulling you to sleep, making it a psycho-social weapon.  Flicker rate tests show that alpha brain waves are altered, producing a type of hypnosis — which doesn’t portend well for the latest revelation that lights can transmit coded Internet data by “flickering faster than the eye can see.”  The computer’s flicker rate is less, but through video games, social networks, and a basic structure which overloads the brain with information, the rapid pace of modern communication induces an ADHD state.  A study of video games revealed that extended play can result in lower blood flow to the brain, sapping emotional control.  Furthermore, role-playing games of lifelike war and police state scenarios serve to desensitize a connection to reality.  One look at the WikiLeaks video Collateral Murder should be familiar to anyone who has seen a game like Call of Duty.

10. Nanobots

From science fiction horror, directly to the modern brain; the nanobots are on the way.  Direct brain modification already has been packaged as “neuroengineering.” A  Wired article from early 2009 highlighted that direct brain manipulation via fiber optics is a bit messy, but once installed “it could make someone happy with the press of a button.”  Nanobots take the process to an automated level, rewiring the brain molecule by molecule.  Worse, these mini droids can self-replicate, forcing one to wonder how this genie would ever get back in the bottle once unleashed. Expected date of arrival?  Early 2020s.

NEW YORK – The rapid growth of smartphones and electronic tablets is making the Internet the destination of choice for consumers looking for news, a report released Monday said.

Local, network and cable television news, newspapers, radio and magazines all lost audience last year, according to the Project for Excellence in Journalism, a research organization that evaluates and studies the performance of the press. News consumption online increased 17 percent last year from the year before, the project said in its eighth annual State of the News Media survey.

The percentage of people who say they get news online at least three times a week surpassed newspapers for the first time. It was second only to local TV news as the most popular news platform and seems poised to pass that medium, too, project director Tom Rosenstiel said. Local TV news has been the most popular format since the 1960s, when its growth was largely responsible for the death of afternoon newspapers, he said.

“It was a milestone year,” he said.

WASHINGTON (AP) – The Obama administration laid out plans Monday to work aggressively with other nations to make the Internet more secure, enable law enforcement to work closely on cybercrime and ensure that citizens everywhere have the freedom to express themselves online. [Whatta crock…they’re not interested in freedom but control…ed]

And in the strongest terms to date, the White House made it clear the U.S. will use its military might to strike back if it comes under a cyberattack that threatens national security. [big surprise..they strike at anyone for anything..ed]

Coming on the heels of populist rebellions in the Middle East, the broad policy stresses Internet freedom, and calls on other nations to give citizens the ability to shop, communicate and express themselves freely online.

The White House plan emerges as international leaders are struggling to improve cooperation on global cybercrime and set guidelines for Internet oversight. [right…ed]

Cybersecurity experts have argued that the Internet cannot become a safer place until nations implement international agreements that better define and regulate cybercrime, provide oversight of the Internet, and set out new standards and rules for industry as it increasingly moves its business into the largely ungoverned online world. [and who sets the ‘standards’?-ed]

The challenges are vast. International leaders are looking for ways to better secure online financial transactions and other business and high-tech exchanges between nations and corporations that span the globe. [are they?…ed] And they are also grasping for ways to crack down on hackers and other cybercriminals and terrorists who are routinely using the Internet to steal money, ferret out classified secrets and technology, and disturb or destroy critical infrastructure, ranging from the electrical grid and telecommunications networks to nuclear power plants and transportation systems. [be afraid, be very afraid…we are SOO under attack..OOOOO…ed]

Acknowledging that the Internet can be a tool used by governments to crack down on dissidents or by criminals to steal data, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Monday that nations must agree on acceptable norms for cyberspace. [Hillary C…gofer for the CFR…total sell out pawn spokesmouth..ed]

“What this document says, we want the Internet to be open and free and accessible and an economic engine to all people,” Clinton said during the White House rollout of the new policy document. [BS..ed]

Clinton and other federal agency leaders said the U.S. will reach out to other nations to set voluntary standards for prosecuting cybercriminals, protecting intellectual property, securing networks, and pursuing terrorists who use cyberspace to plan attacks and woo followers. [voluntary standards my foot. That’s what blackmail is for…ed]

For the Pentagon, it makes clear that the U.S. will respond to a major cyberattack in much the way it would respond to any other threat to the country. [i.e. blast the hell out of them…ed]

“We reserve the right to use all necessary means – diplomatic, informational, military and economic – as appropriate,” the policy says. It adds, however, that the U.S. will exhaust all options before military force is used. [there you have it…intiimidation maximo…ed]

The policy is more a set of guiding principles than a binding text, and there are no set deadlines or goals for reaching agreements with other countries. [like all ‘agreements’..just guiding principles…you b*#*tards…ed]

“This is the future we seek, and we invite all nations and peoples to join us in that effort,” White House counterterrorism chief John Brennan said. [bite me…ed]

White House cybersecurity coordinator Howard Schmidt, in an Associated Press Television News interview, said the policy will allow the U.S. to begin discussions with other countries about what is and is not appropriate activity on the Internet. Under the plan, nations must take responsibility for cybercrime within their borders.

As recent protests swept across the Middle East and North Africa – from Tunisia and Egypt to Libya and Yemen – dissidents used social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to organize anti-government demonstrations. And in some cases, country leaders have tried to stifle the protests by shutting down websites or disrupting Internet traffic. Clinton has been vocal in her opposition to that, and the new policy formalizes those sentiments. [I thot they were helping the Libyan resistance?…make up your minds, tyrants…ed]

“That’s one of the things we hope in the long term that will never happen again,” Schmidt said.

He agreed it will take time to forge agreements around the globe, particularly with countries that are “not likeminded” and don’t share American values of free expression. [arrogant b*#@ards…ed]
James Lewis, a cybersecurity expert and senior fellow at the Washington-based Center for Strategic and International Studies, said the policy is a strong first step toward broader international agreements. [Really!…this isn’t reporting, it’s a PR piece, as usual…ed]

“For the first time we are saying what to do in cyberspace and what we think is important,” Lewis said. “And we are linking cybersecurity to Internet freedom.” [Orwell would be proud…ed]

The plan also gives U.S. law enforcement agencies a boost as they work to track down cybercriminals in the borderless Internet world – a challenge that is fraught with difficulties, since countries’ laws are different and in some places almost non-existent. [Oh goodie…we improve the world once again!..ed]

Both the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service have based agents in a number of foreign countries, expanding their international cyber investigations, which often involve complex crime networks, often made up of hackers spread across several countries – people who’ve never met and may have only communicated anonymously online. [In other words, we’re already policing the planet so get used to it…but love it, because it’s saving your sorry hide….what a crock of you know what!…ed]

See the set up? We’re in deep chocolate folks if enough people swallow this swill. Be awake and aware, please, and pass the truth on. The takeover is under way and we need to resist with truth, love and the light of consciousness.

Just last week, YouTube complied with the British government by censoring a video containing a protest against an apparent legal injustice.

A group of British citizens attempted to carry out a civil arrest of Judge Michael Peake for his stance against Roger Hayes, who refused to pay council tax both as “a protest against the government’s treasonous activities in sacrificing Britain to globalist interests and as a result of Hayes clearly proving that council tax is illegal.” A video containing the attempted arrest was uploaded March of this year. That video is now unable to be viewed from inside the UK.

If you live in New York City and like to brag about criminal activities you had better watch what you say because the NYPD might be reading your tweets and Facebook statuses.

Social media has become a platform for so-called revolutions, for which it is praised, as well as a way for rioters to coordinate with each other in England, for which it is criticized.

The Internet, and social media in particular, has become the new front in large scale warfare along with new territory for police to monitor for criminal activities and even advertised house parties.

The NYPD has already been utilizing social media platforms in criminal investigations which have assisted in the arrest and conviction of multiple criminals.  Now the New York Police Department has decided to form a new unit with the explicit purpose of monitoring Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and other social networks in an attempt to track down suspects. The unit will be a part of the Community Affairs Bureau and will extend beyond the Internet into community outreach programs.

Assistant Commissioner Kevin O’Connor will run the unit who will trawl social media networks trying to uncover chatter about crimes ranging from the seemingly insignificant house party to “gang showdowns and other potential mayhem,” according to NY Daily News.

The British Prime Minister David Cameron is taking a wildly different approach to social media.  Due to his belief (belief being the operative word) that Facebook and Twitter contributed to the violence and chaos of the London riots, Cameron is attempting to eradicate free speech with the help of the aforementioned two social media behemoths.

Instead of just monitoring and collating data like the new NYPD unit, Cameron and others in the British parliament are advocating the complete shutdown of social media during times of civil unrest.

Cameron claims that social media helped organize the riots and stated, “Free flow of information can be used for good, but it can also be used for ill. So we are working with the police, the intelligence services and industry whether it will be right to stop people communicating via these websites and services.”

Cameron is now unabashedly advocating the exact same control exerted over the Web by corrupt leaders in Egypt and elsewhere.

When this happens in a non-Western nation, the media and governments go into overdrive, taking every possible opportunity to point to the Internet controls as evidence of a non-democratic, evil regime.

Even Hillary Clinton pretended to care about freedom of speech in response to some Internet shutdowns in the Middle East, resulting in “secret internet” technology being given to foreign dissidents on the taxpayer dime.

Yet when it happens in Western nations it is seen as a legitimate option, regardless of the ludicrous hypocrisy of this position.

David Cameron has the support of the British Tory Member of Parliament, Louise Mensch, who claims that rumors spread via Twitter and other social networks distracted police officers and wasted valuable time.

Not surprisingly, Mensch justifies this by saying that it would only be used when necessary during an emergency and would only be temporary.

This line of reasoning is not only ridiculous, but history tells us that this power would be used by the government in situations where it is not justified.

In the coming days I will continue to cover this issue in detail, as well as the possibility that the British riots, which were actively enabled by police, will be used to give the government complete control over the Internet in the UK.

This would give the Brits the ability to quickly and easily shut down dissidence and political demonstrations.

Witnesses early on were reporting that police allowed rioters to loot stores in Tottenham, but the police have adamantly denied these accusations.

However, the precedent is on the side of the witnesses, given that so many times in the past police have actively enabled rioters in order to justify a crackdown on everyone.

This has been seen multiple times at protests of the global banking cartels known as the G8 and G20, as detailed in the incredible documentary Into the Fire.

I am not alone in seeing the inherent dangers in the response that has followed the riots and the role that social media might (or might not) have had on the chaos.

In fact, Jeff Jarvis of The Guardian has written a surprisingly accurate piece detailing how allowing the government to exert control over any free speech is a slippery slope of tyranny.

Not only has Cameron expressed interest in shutting down free speech whenever the government decides there is an emergency, he has also looked into “asking online services to take down offending photos.”

This is incredibly dangerous as there is no legal precedent for determining the offensiveness of a photograph, just as the definitions governments utilize for “emergency” have more wiggle room than an Olympic-size swimming pool.

Jarvis writes, “what separates [Cameron] from the Saudi government demanding the ability to listen to and restrict its BBM networks? What separates you from Arab tyrannies cutting off social communication via Twitter or from China banning it?”

This question can be answered with a single word: nothing.

This naked hypocrisy is almost painfully obvious. I can’t understand how a single person who supports the idea of a democratic and free society could stand behind giving the government the ability to control speech whenever they deem necessary.

Here in the United States we have had practically all communications illegally monitored by the NSA, CIA and FBI for years; even before the PATRIOT Act was forced into law in the wake of September 11th.

The white paper authored by J. I. Nelson, Ph.D. titled How the NSA warrantless wiretap system works reveals a great deal of the apparatus already erected in the United States to  monitor and control communications.

This report was published in 2006, so one can assume that the technology has progressed considerably since that date.

Here in America we saw the LulzSec and Anonymous attacks drum up support for a total crackdown on Internet free speech, which thankfully has yet to occur.

Will the riots in the UK be the talking point on their side of the pond? This seems to be the case as there are already considerable amounts of support coming from various parts of the British government.

I sincerely hope that the people of the UK realize what will come down the road if they agree to give up their liberty for security and that they curb this before it is allowed to happen.

If the people do not stop this from happening, all ability to peacefully protest and engage in free speech will be at risk of being not only monitored but cut off altogether.

David Cameron has the support of the British Tory Member of Parliament, Louise Mensch, who claims that rumors spread via Twitter and other social networks distracted police officers and wasted valuable time.

Not surprisingly, Mensch justifies this by saying that it would only be used when necessary during an emergency and would only be temporary.

This line of reasoning is not only ridiculous, but history tells us that this power would be used by the government in situations where it is not justified.

In the coming days I will continue to cover this issue in detail, as well as the possibility that the British riots, which were actively enabled by police, will be used to give the government complete control over the Internet in the UK.

This would give the Brits the ability to quickly and easily shut down dissidence and political demonstrations.

Witnesses early on were reporting that police allowed rioters to loot stores in Tottenham, but the police have adamantly denied these accusations.

However, the precedent is on the side of the witnesses, given that so many times in the past police have actively enabled rioters in order to justify a crackdown on everyone.

This has been seen multiple times at protests of the global banking cartels known as the G8 and G20, as detailed in the incredible documentary Into the Fire.

I am not alone in seeing the inherent dangers in the response that has followed the riots and the role that social media might (or might not) have had on the chaos.

In fact, Jeff Jarvis of The Guardian has written a surprisingly accurate piece detailing how allowing the government to exert control over any free speech is a slippery slope of tyranny.

Not only has Cameron expressed interest in shutting down free speech whenever the government decides there is an emergency, he has also looked into “asking online services to take down offending photos.”

This is incredibly dangerous as there is no legal precedent for determining the offensiveness of a photograph, just as the definitions governments utilize for “emergency” have more wiggle room than an Olympic-size swimming pool.

Jarvis writes, “what separates [Cameron] from the Saudi government demanding the ability to listen to and restrict its BBM networks? What separates you from Arab tyrannies cutting off social communication via Twitter or from China banning it?”

This question can be answered with a single word: nothing.

This naked hypocrisy is almost painfully obvious. I can’t understand how a single person who supports the idea of a democratic and free society could stand behind giving the government the ability to control speech whenever they deem necessary.

Here in the United States we have had practically all communications illegally monitored by the NSA, CIA and FBI for years; even before the PATRIOT Act was forced into law in the wake of September 11th.

The white paper authored by J. I. Nelson, Ph.D. titled How the NSA warrantless wiretap system works reveals a great deal of the apparatus already erected in the United States to  monitor and control communications.

This report was published in 2006, so one can assume that the technology has progressed considerably since that date.

Here in America we saw the LulzSec and Anonymous attacks drum up support for a total crackdown on Internet free speech, which thankfully has yet to occur.

Will the riots in the UK be the talking point on their side of the pond? This seems to be the case as there are already considerable amounts of support coming from various parts of the British government.

I sincerely hope that the people of the UK realize what will come down the road if they agree to give up their liberty for security and that they curb this before it is allowed to happen.

If the people do not stop this from happening, all ability to peacefully protest and engage in free speech will be at risk of being not only monitored but cut off altogether.

The Obama administration is assembling a constellation of secret drone bases for counterterrorism operations in the Horn of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula as part of a newly aggressive campaign to attack al-Qaeda affiliates in Somalia and Yemen, U.S. officials said.

One of the installations is being established in Ethi­o­pia, a U.S. ally in the fight against al-Shabab, the Somali militant group that controls much of that country. Another base is in the Seychelles, an archipelago in the Indian Ocean, where a small fleet of “hunter-killer” drones resumed operations this month after an experimental mission demonstrated that the unmanned aircraft could effectively patrol Somalia from there.

The U.S. military also has flown drones over Somalia and Yemen from bases in Djibouti, a tiny African nation at the junction of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. In addition, the CIA is building a secret airstrip in the Arabian Peninsula so it can deploy armed drones over Yemen.

The rapid expansion of the undeclared drone wars is a reflection of the growing alarm with which U.S. officials view the activities of al-Qaeda affiliates in Yemen and Somalia, even as al-Qaeda’s core leadership in Pakistan has been weakened by U.S. counterterrorism operations.

The Internet has risen to its all-time high as a primary source of news for Americans with 43 percent now saying they get most of their news on national and international issues from the web, according to a survey published Thursday by the Pew Research Center for The People & The Press.

Meanwhile, television sits at an all-time low as a primary source of news for Americans with only 66 percent now saying they get most of their national and international news from TV–a nadir television also hit in December 2010.

Since 1991, Pew has periodically asked Americans: “How do you get most of your news about national and international issues?”

In this survey, respondents are allowed to give up to two answers. (So, a person can cite both television and the Internet, or television and radio, or newspapers and television, etc., as the places where they get most of their news–and the combined percentages for the various sources can add up to more than 100 percent).

In the two decades Pew has been tracking this trend in American news sources, television peaked as the primary source of news for Americans at the time s of the September 2001 terrorist attacks, when 90 percent said they got most of their news from TV. Television nearly returned to that level in March 2003, during the invasion of Iraq, and September 2005, during Hurricane Katrina. At both those times, 89 percent said they got most of their national and international news from TV.
