BIG clearings moving through of 3D everything that may be limiting, that may be taking up space, that may be keeping DNA sleepy, that keeps the veils in place. 3D everything is what we’ve walked and talked and been conditioned to for this timeline and many others.

3D was the dial we set on our consciousness and it likes to stubbornly stick there. It is sticky because its very substance is about being STUCK… or at least the perception of being stuck, as energy is actually always moving, shifting, and changing.

This 3Dness has been in our every living cell. Ingrained and maintained by circumstances and situations that support its heart beat and life blood flowing. The 3D support system takes quite a lot of energy to maintain… this is what we are realizing more and more.

As a collective culture, it takes tremendous group consensus to keep 3D in place as the predominant reality, especially as Gaia ascends beyond it. It seems to take alliances with some fear-based Star BEings to create 3D control matrixes and programs that can keep so many from awakening. These star BEings just represent an aspect of each of us, trying on this role of suppressor and 3D drug dealer.

If you want to know how soulmates connect, first you must understand what a soulmate is. A soulmate shares a soul group with us.

There is a more substantial soul – an oversoul – that split into various other souls, that in turn divided into two souls.

Many who have studied the workings of the pineal gland realize it has earned the name ‘the seat of enlightenment’ for good reason. The pineal is a transmitter of the spiritual or divine self as well as the grosser, earthly or physical self.

The shadow is anything we feel ashamed about, or it can also be seen as our repressed inner child that demands being heard during certain emotional trigger points. The shadow emerges its dark head when we are challenged and it usually causes havoc within our relationships.

This darkness if left to take us over will consume every fibre of our being in its tantrum. It demands, and it will blame, scream, cry, manipulate, and generally act in a way that we would severely judge in others.

I spent 18 months at a remote, off-grid ranch here in Mexico where there were more natural surroundings than man-made ones, many more sheep than people.

This experience almost two years ago now dropped me into the ‘lap’ of Gaia in a way I had never known before just taking walks in nature everyday or going camping occasionally.

I felt myself BEcome Her and our mutual reverence together as I gardened for hours each day, built a house of mud/ cobb, swam in the river.

Now that I live in town, I mostly connect with Her through an amazing ocean view, visits to the beach and nearby river park, living on a jungle hillside… it is not as immediate a connection, yet She lives INside me always.

I am connecting with THE BODY, my ascending body and the collective ‘body’ of those of us who have chosen ascension as our path and process. 

I am connecting with this universal experience of body, this human body vessel and temple, this fleshy form, that we’ve all agreed is the vehicle of our walking around life.

Yet, this body is changing. It is growing. It is calibrating higher, vibrating higher. It is shifting from carbon to crystalline. It is transforming from being anchored in 3D to transitional and awakening 4D (integration of the astral body) and into 5D.

This is a HUGE process, a big deal as a marker in the evolutionary cycles of our species. Our souls can fly with our astral self (as I am now calling our dream self, or self beyond the body in one aspect or layer of fourth dimensional consciousness), yet our bodies have not been able to come along.

There are literally thousands of ways you can “heal” and “balance” your chakras. Meditation and visualization are both very popular choices, sound is another good method, sight is yet another (using yantras or mandalas), and smell works really well too – it’s called aromatherapy.

Yoga is another very popular way to work on your chakras, and I could go on as the list is too long to recite.

But do each of these modalities work equally well? The answer is yes, and no. Or the proverbial, “it depends.”

First of all, I think it’s important to realize that each healing modality is actually more closely associated with each one of the chakras. This means that one method may work better for a particular chakra than another. Let me explain.

What is aether: Quintessence, Aether or the fifth element, there are all the “materials” that the Greeks would pronounce to what fill up the universe, what essentially feel up the vacuum of space. The words you choose to use can literally change your brain.

Dr. Andrew Newberg, a neuroscientist at Thomas Jefferson University, and Mark Robert Waldman, a communications expert, collaborated on the book, “Words Can Change Your Brain.” In it, they write, “a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress.”

When we use words filled with positivity, like “love” and “peace”, we can alter how our brain functions by increasing cognitive reasoning and strengthening areas in our frontal lobes. Using positive words more often than negative ones can kick-start the motivational centers of the brain, propelling them into action.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, when we use negative words, we are preventing certain neuro-chemicals from being produced which contribute to stress management. Each and every one of us are initially hardwired to worry; it’s how our primal brain protects us from dangerous situations for survival.
