An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO), spotted near the Lithuanian border on 25 June by two duty motor police patrol officers, Jaunius Poera and Laimis Kraujalis placed the whole Vilius police on the alert.

Vehicle loads of soldiers from the ARAS Rapid Reaction Force, sniffer dogs and police reinforcements immediately arrived on scene of the emergency.

According to eyewitness accounts ... they noticed a spherical object hanging and "pulsing," alternately shrinking and expanding. At the same time, they heard what they described as "a strange sound like an electric or electronic crackle,"wanting to take a closer look at the UFO, the policemen moved toward it. When they advanced about 50 meters through the long grass, the police said the sphere moved away, rose higher and rapidly departed in the direction of Vilnius.

looking for somewhere to turn around, when a light caught my eye,” the witness stated.“I assumed it was a plane, but upon further inspection I realized it wasn’t.”

The witness continued driving toward the light.

“I parked my car in the middle of a side road where either a saucer or possibly a sphere was hovering above the tree line. It stood hovering for a few minutes, silently may I add, and then darted incredibly quickly(as in hundreds of miles per hour) down the tree line, instantaneously changed direction back to its original location and then shot up into the sky and out of sight.”

The witness was amazed.

A Florida witness at Ocala reported watching and videotaping a fast approaching, bright sphere UFO that hovered in place before moving away toward the ground level, according to testimony in Case 78114 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness and a friend stepped outside onto a porch to watch an approaching storm system about 8:30 p.m. on July 31, 2016, when the incident occurred.

“I noticed a look on her face that caught my attention and immediately upon looking south I noticed a very brightly lit ‘sphere’ moving towards us rather quickly from the distant sky to the south,” the witness stated.“It was so bright and moving so quickly that it gave the appearance of being close. The color was a bluish tint but did not appear to be casting light in any direction.”

An Indiana witness at Greencastle reported a hovering, glowing sphere along Interstate 70 that appeared to move toward the ground level, according to testimony in Case 74094 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was driving to work about 7:05 a.m. on January 25, 2016, along eastbound Interstate 70 near the Greencastle exit when a light in the sky was first seen and thought to be attached to an antenna. “I then realized the light I could see was not flashing like the ones on those antennas,” the witness stated.“The object was hovering in place.”

The witness was driving and could not stare directly at the object.

“I once again trained my attention back to the object. It was now beginning to move horizontally to the right from my perspective. This lasted only a few seconds.”

But then the object seemed to take a nose dive.

“The object suddenly descended almost straight down into the treeline. It moved so fast I expected to see smoke or something to begin to rise in the area it happened. I did not see anything after that. I later checked online news to see if there had been any flight accidents or meteor sighting. Nothing had been reported to my surprise. I am a rational person with analytically-inclined conclusions. My reporting of this event was not taken lightly. I cannot explain what I witnessed.” [...]
