In a terrible incident, a man who was struck by a high tension electric wire died after being buried alive attempting to heal his injuries in northern India.

The incident took place on September 10 in Uttar Pradesh state’s Pilibhit city, with footage showing the injured man buried up to his neck as people surround him.

Joga Singh, 58, got electrocuted when a high-tension wire fell on him as he was working on his lawn, severely burnt him.

However, the superstitious townsfolk convinced Singh’s family to bury him instead of rushing him to a hospital.

The severely injured Joga Singh was buried for nearly five hours.

A witness and Singh’s neighbour said that he was electrocuted because of negligence from the electrical department, as the line became faulty and had not been fixed in years.

A case has been registered against the electricity department, but no case has been registered against the villagers.

Wow!

Talk about the absurd.

A man is electrocuted and they bury him up to his neck to try to save him?

I’m sure the force of the soil around him didn’t help his breathing, even if his head was above ground.

Build that wall quickly because I sure don’t want any of these folks coming to my aid someday.

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE PASSES IMPEACHMENT RULES TO EXPAND SCOPE OF INQUIRY

The House Judiciary Committee has approved an apparent impeachment inquiry into President Trump. On Thursday, the panel passed a resolution in a 24-to-17 vote.

THE RESOLUTION GAVE THE COMMITTEE POWER TO DEEM MEETINGS AS IMPEACHMENT HEARINGS, WHICH PROVIDES THEM THE ABILITY TO QUESTION WITNESSES AFTER MEMBERS CONCLUDE HEARINGS AMONG OTHER PROCEDURAL FUNCTIONS.

Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler tried to clarify the confusion surrounding the intentions of the meeting and claimed terminology regarding impeachment inquiry is insignificant.

Ranking member Doug Collins blasted Nadler, saying he intended to use the pointless meeting to appeal to Democrat colleagues and to fool the general public into believing there is progress with an impeachment inquiry.

Collins also had this to say:

“I’ve wanted for a long time to be able to say this: welcome to fantasy island because we’re here…it may all look good. The unfortunate part is when the screen goes down, you just see a simple procedure issue…that doesn’t deal with impeachment, that doesn’t do anything else. It just simply gives another press release for whatever we’re doing now.”

The first committee hearing that will utilize the resolution is set for September 17th. Former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski has been called to testify.

Okay, so let’s talk about Thursday’s debate.  Apparently, every month the Democrats are going to subject us to at least one of these debates, and I suppose that this time around we should be thankful that they did not stretch things out over two nights.  All of the big news networks are covering the debate as if it was some sort of political playoff game, but the truth is that Thursday’s debate probably won’t move the numbers much at all.  Nothing of substance was said that wasn’t said in previous debates, and there were no defining moments that will significantly change the course of the campaign.  So that is really bad news for anyone not named Joe, Bernie or Elizabeth.  Real Clear Politics keeps a running average of all the recent major national polls, and according to them none of the other candidates is even close to double digits right now.  It looks like it is going to be a three-way race between Biden, Sanders and Warren, and Warren appears to be the one with momentum.  Of course, it is still possible that something huge could happen between now and the beginning of next year that could fundamentally shake up the race, but as it stands now the other seven candidates that were on the stage with them might as well pack up and go home.

So the truth is that the debate really wasn’t that important, but many Americans watch these debates for the sheer entertainment value.  With that in mind, here is the most memorable quote from each of the 10 candidates during Thursday’s Democratic presidential debate…

–Cory Booker: “I’m the only person on this stage that finds (Justin) Trudeau’s hair very menacing”

–Joe Biden to Bernie Sanders: “For a socialist, you’ve got a lot more confidence in corporate America than I do.”

–Bernie Sanders: “It goes without saying that we must — and will — defeat Trump, the most dangerous president in the history of this country.”

–Kamala Harris: “But the bottom line is this, Donald Trump in office on trade policy, you know, he reminds me of that guy in “The Wizard of Oz,” you know, when you pull back the curtain, it’s a really small dude?”

–Amy Klobuchar: “What [Trump] has done here, has assessed these tariffs on our allies, he’s put us in the middle of the trade war and treating our farmers and workers like poker chips in one of his bankrupt casinos.”

–Pete Buttigieg: “Well, the president clearly has no strategy. You know, when I first got into this race, I remember president Trump scoffed and said he’d like to see me make a deal with Xi Jinping. I’d like to see him making a deal with XI Jinping. Is it just me or was that supposed to happen in like April?”

–Julian Castro to Joe Biden: “Barack Obama’s vision was not to leave 10 million people uncovered. He wanted every single person in this country covered. My plan would do that, your plan would not.”

–Elizabeth Warren: “I was in the United States Senate when 54 Senators said, ‘let’s do background checks, let’s get rid of assault weapons’ and with 54 Senators, it failed because of the filibuster. Until we attack the systemic problems, we can’t get gun reform in this country.”

–Beto O’Rourke: “We’re going to take your AR-15, your AK-47. We’re not going to allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore.”

–Andrew Yang: “My campaign will now give a freedom dividend of $1,000 a month for an entire year to 10 American families”

Yes, we have literally gotten to the point where presidential candidates are trying to win votes by offering cash handouts.  If he wins the election, Yang is promising to give $1,000 a month to everyone in America.  Back during the founding of our nation, Benjamin Franklin warned that this would happen someday…

“When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.”

Apparently Andrew Yang decided that he can’t wait until he is president to start handing out free cash, and his unusual announcement is making headlines all over the country.

While doing research for this article, I discovered that the Yang campaign has already begun running ads for this cash giveaway, and I was curious so I clicked on one of the ads.

I learned that you don’t have to actually donate any money to his campaign to qualify for the contest, and you don’t even have to be a Democrat to participate.

So I signed up.

If Andrew Yang wants to financially support my work for an entire year, I will gladly take his money.

Of course what I believe is diametrically opposed to just about everything he believes, and so he probably won’t be too thrilled if I win.

Personally, I think that Yang is making a mistake with his proposal to offer every American $1,000 a month if he becomes president.  With the cost of living these days, $1,000 a month doesn’t really go that far.

If he really wanted to get votes, he should have set the bar higher.  $5,000 a month would really start to get a lot of people excited, and $10,000 a month would be even better.

Yes, if we could all get $10,000 a month from the federal government each month we could all retire and nobody would ever have to work again and we could all spend our days frolicking in our new socialist utopia.

Isn’t that how it is supposed to work?

Sadly, our politicians seem to get more disconnected from the real world with each passing day.  We are 22 trillion dollars in debt, our nation is falling apart all around us, and we are rapidly steamrolling toward oblivion.

But most Americans continue to fall for the con game that our political system has become, and so the endless parade of clowns will continue.

Many Trump supporters are lost in a sea of biased social media and looking for safe ground.

The Trump Team has announced the creation of an APP that will now give Trump supporters a way to stay in the loop.

I believe our President would call this 3-D Chess.

Business Insider reports that the Trump Campaign will be launching its own social networking app as we move toward 2020:

President Donald Trump has used Twitter as a digital megaphone throughout his presidency to directly address his supporters — and he will soon have another tool at his disposal to get his message out unfiltered.

The Trump reelection campaign is launching a social networking app to harness the fervent energy among his legion of supporters, Politico reported. The smartphone app, which has no release date set, will encourage them to donate, volunteer their time and stay on top of the president’s campaign schedule.

“Trump supporters are more dedicated and committed,” Rory McShane, a Republican strategist specializing in digital media, told Politico. “If there is any campaign where they have a shot at making this work, it’s the Trump campaign.”

The app — which has no release date set — will create a prize system to persuade Trump’s diehard supporters to recruit their friends with rewards such as VIP seats at a rally or a photo with the president, similar to how other campaigns do for top donors, the report said.

And it will allow the Trump campaign to track followers more extensively than ever before, providing another way to double down and turn out the conservative base instead of persuading independent and undecided voters to reelect the president. The campaign has already collected 200 million voter files from the Republican National Committee, and it’s aiming to target voters with hyperspecific messaging.

Ahead of the 2020 presidential election, the Trump campaign is building a digital operation unrivaled by Democrats in its use of data-mining techniques and algorithms, the Los Angeles Times reported in June. It has spent millions in small Facebook ad buys to reach a large swath of voters in key battleground states.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, shifts in time, have happened for us. Down through history. For example, our shift in how we read the Bible, what version we read, our very calendars were also shifted.

We’ve seen and witnessed shifts in beliefs, traditions, money, foods, who leads us, and, how they lead us. So, seeing a modern day shift in education isn’t really all that surprising. Warriors, the truth is THIS shift isn’t going to need 300 years to complete.

I believe we shouldn’t be surprised. I believe we should be striking back!

Why? It’s one thing to warn others by telling them to remove themselves from situations which can harm them. It’s another if we don’t also warn that the shifts are coming from ALL directions and they are all positioned on education.

It doesn’t matter what ‘school choice’ you exercise. These purposed and powerful shifts we are seeing will spare no one.

If our houses were on fire, we’d run out the front door, assuming safety. But what happens when the fire is coming for us from the back door, at the same time?!

In my second installment of this series you are reading, I closed with the fact we’d look at the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s take on all this shifting of academic education to workforce preparation. The workforce preparation is being heralded by DC as ‘great’.

U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Workforce Development Shift:

Warriors, below is a screen shot highlighting the latest news from DoL. They are so proud..and they want you to feel good about the abuse of taxpayer funds (aka: grants) helping the agenda live on.

Warriors, I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel any better about taxpayer abuse at ANY level. Especially the federal level. Why? The U.S. Dept. of Labor is JUST as unconstitutional as the U.S. Dept. of Education. Apprenticeships COMBINE these two agencies and put businesses in charge of the standards.

Our education system is shifting because it’s being hijacked!

Another piece of the educratic shift goes to the ‘soft skills’ workforce development claims is good for our learners (again, any age and any choice of institution). “Soft skills” are those internal attitudes and beliefs which are attached to our values. The CCSS Machine calls it SEL or social emotional learning. Why does workforce education (development) give a hoot about your social emotional status (see item #6)?

Will you conform and serve the workforce well or will you need micro-managing? If you need micro-managing, don’t fret, the federal government has human capital ‘police’ to guide you back into the fold.

Warriors, what federal agency oversees our emotions? (Hint: it’s part of health).

That’s right, the U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services. ALSO, unconstitutional.

So the shift we’re seeing is in the hands of the ‘unholy trinity’ (as I call them). The trio that makes up U.S. Ed, U.S. Labor, and U.S. Health. In ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) these 3 federal departments were given the largest increases in power, we’ve seen in a long time. Since ESSA was supposed to be an educational law, you’d assume the federal agency over education would have the largest power increase of the 3. No, it was health/human services. Now, go back and look at the top 3 career fields. How many are attached to not only labor, but health care?

Many, many others have been deeply concerned with America’s direction in shifting taxpayers funds away from We, the People to It, the Government.

Way back in the early 1800s Thomas Jefferson wrote to John Taylor. They both were concerned with funding being used at government excess to fund so many things it quite frankly had no business funding. Hmm, Jefferson and Taylor would be incensed with the shifting and excess today. Shouldn’t we, also, be incensed?

As we move into the 2020 election season, most people have their eyes glued on the dog and pony show WWE bout in DC and who will be president. Some will be closely watching House and Senate races, and others, who in my opinion are much wiser, will be eyeing local and state elections. With that in mind, in Lee County Florida, it is ironic that on September 12, there will be several “Republicans” who are designated as “Constitutional” who will be turning out for a reception to honor Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno, a man that, according to Florida law, impersonated a police officer for over a decade, used a public website to perpetrate a fraud on the people of Lee County concerning his education, abused his position as sheriff to pursue a crime victim for sex and when he impregnated her, demanded she murder their unborn child.

The invitation reads:

“Friends,

I hope you are able to join me in support of our current Lee County Sheriff, Carmine Marceno, this Thursday at Pinchers.

The reception in his honor will begin at 5:30pm, I look forward to having you there.

All my best,

Sawyer”

So these people want others to “honor” and “support” a documented criminal, fraud, liar and womanizer. Stop and think about that, and remember, we aren’t talking about Democrats here.

The reception is nothing more than an event to raise money for Marceno’s election campaign. Marceno was never elected by the people, but was appointed by former Florida Governor Rick Scott, who also claims to be a “Republican.”

However, it seems that many of these people who are referred to as “Constitutional” hosts have no problem supporting and “honoring” a man that we have documented has engaged in unethical and even criminal behavior prior to his appointment as sheriff and as sheriff.

I have covered Marceno extensively, along with the story of Deanna Williams and people need to understand that what happened to Ms. Williams as a result of Marceno being in a position in a sheriff’s office is the direct result of him never meeting the state’s lawful requirements to take an Equivalency of Training test to be a police officer. He simply was impersonating one up until the time of his appointment.

However, mark the names of those who are “constitutional hosts” and realize they are rubbing shoulders with what Florida law states is a “felon.” They are embracing and honoring and giving money to the candidacy of a known liar and fraud, as well as a womanizer, who due to his unethical pursuit of Ms. Williams caused her to not receive justice in a $200,000 grand theft complaint.

Ms. Williams continues to need support via her GoFundMe page due to the thefts of her attorneys, the injustices committed by Sheriff Carmine Marceno and the State Attorney’s Office and Ft. Lauderdale attorney Scott Mager, which can by reach by clicking here.

Marceno is part of the problem of injustice in Lee County, but of course, the irony is that Marceno’s office was charged with arresting a Ft. Myers police captain this week for prostitution and perjury. However, Marceno has never denied the allegations against him because to do so under oath in an investigation would place in roughly the same position. Instead, Marceno has attacked his political opponents. Why? Isn’t it obvious?

In fact, Marceno and the woman he seems to best friends with, State Attorney Amira Fox, both dropped the ball when it came to getting justice for Ms. Williams.

Perhaps though, the truth about Amira Fox Dijani is that her family is tied to Islamic terrorists in the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) and her father dedicated a book about it to her and she received campaign funds from it.

Fox’s husband also seems to be coincidentally dialed in to what is going on, especially in the case of Deanna Williams. After Williams couldn’t get justice from Lee County Sheriff’s Office or the State Attorney’s Office, she turned to the Florida Bar to file a complaint about the theft of her money and attorney Scott Mager who is currently and knowingly in possession of $300,000 in stolen funds from Ms. Williams. In doing so, she was assigned none other than Mike Fox to help her with her complaint. Mike Fox just happens to be Amira’s husband and when Ms. Williams asked him if he knew Carmine Marceno, he told her he did not until she reminded him of a very specific phone conversation she heard with Carmine. He then retracted and said he knew him.

Fox seems to be pretty much a do nothing state attorney like former state attorney Steven Russell, who sued a local outlet for telling the truth about his terrible record in prosecuting crime in the area, only to have it tossed out.

One wonders if the others in this list might have a few issues that they are being helped in by the corrupt sheriff and so they are throwing their support behind him for that reason. In any case, there are others involved.

One wonders if anyone in the Southwest Florida media is going to actually show up and ask some serious questions of Marceno and those supporting him. I’m rather doubtful that will occur, but one can always hope. Till then, just keep in mind that former Lee County Sheriff Rod Shoap has submitted a letter to the governor concerning Marceno’s lack of lawful credentials to have been a police officer in the state, as well as an ethics complaint concerning Ms. Williams complaint against Marceno, which FDLE didn’t really investigate and the Southwest Florida media simply ignored.
