Mash Hatae says he woke up at around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday to get some water, and the lights in the sky caught his eye.

In the video, you can see two bright lights, and then slowly a third light appears. Hatae says he saw about eight to 10 lights total.

The American Meteor Society says that it received 99 reports about a "fireball" seen over parts of Montana, Idaho, Washington, and in Alberta and British Columbia.

The Eden Project is a series of massive greenhouses in Cornwall with connected transparent domes filled with exotic plants. It's a visually stunning place and it's about to launch a new attraction called Journey Into Space, which includes an Astronaut Academy, an astronomy photography exhibit and something called "Alien Encounter."

The swarming UFO videos seem to have been orchestrated by the Eden Project as a publicity stunt tied into the alien-themed part of the experience.

Over the last couple of days the strange, shimmering black object has been spotted over Truro city centre, Carluddon clay tip, Fistral beach in Newquay, over the A30, above Roche Rock and by a surfer above the sea off the Cornish coast.

Sky lanterns can be a major fire risk – once lit and set off into the sky you don't know where an ignited lantern will land

A Scottish council has banned sky lanterns on its property and its events after the NFU Scotland wrote a letter about their impact on livestock farmers.

Stephen McCabe, leader for Inverclyde Council said the lanterns can cause huge damage both to the environment and to animals.

Trump was using the helicopter about 1 p.m. on August 15, 2015, to give kids a ride at the fair. The witness was standing nearby and began taking photographs of the helicopter.

Iowa MUFON State Director Gregory Andersen investigated and closed the case as an IFO – an Identified Flying Object. Andersen believes the object near the helicopter was either a bird or a bug.

LOS ANGELES -- People from Sacramento to Los Angeles and Las Vegas reported seeing a mysterious light streaking across the sky Wednesday night.

The flashes of light spurred numerous calls to the CBS Los Angeles newsroom from people around the metropolitan area.

The light was also visible in other states, including Utah, and spurred a flood of reports and video on social media.

Witnesses said the ball of fire in the sky lasted about 30 seconds.

Vandenberg Air Force Base officials also told CBS Los Angeles they didn't have a launch Wednesday night.

NASA is offering an explanation for the space video controversy that has some UFO believers up in arms.

The video appears to show an object entering the Earth's atmosphere before NASA's live feed from the International Space Station abruptly cuts off. Some conspiracy theorists were quick to suggest that NASA was trying to hide something.

In the video, posted on YouTube July 9 by UFO hunter Streetcap1, you can see the bright object descending towards Earth; then the feed stops


... But NASA says there's a fairly mundane explanation for why the feed was interrupted.

"The video is from our High Definition Earth Viewing (HDEV) experiment aboard the ISS, which is mounted externally on the ISS," NASA spokesperson Daniel Huot told CNET via e-mail. "This experiment includes several commercial HD video cameras aimed at the Earth, which are enclosed in a pressurized and temperature-controlled housing. The experiment is on automatic controls to cycle through the various cameras."

Huot continued: "The station regularly passes out of range of the Tracking and Data Relay Satellites (TDRS) used to send and receive video, voice and telemetry from the station," he said. "For video, whenever we lose signal (video comes down on our higher bandwidth, called KU) the cameras will show a blue screen (indicating no signal) or a preset video slate." ...

A Washington witness at Port Angeles reported watching and photographing a sphere-shaped UFO that appeared to emerge from a cloud formation, hovered, and then moved back into the cloud, according to testimony in Case 76808 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The reporting witness was outside on the beach with a girlfriend when the object was first seen on June 4, 2016.

A Costa Rica witness at Cartago reported watching and photographing a saucer-shaped UFO near the Irazú Volcano National Park, according to testimony in Case 74756 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was outside in the park area with a girlfriend in good weather with sunlight and no clouds when the incident occurred at 11:06 a.m. on February 24, 2016. “This volcano is 3,400 meters of altitude above sea level (11,260 feet) close to the biosphere, so we were above the clouds,” the witness stated.“Like when you fly on an airplane, the sky was really clear so at 11 a.m. on that altitude part of the sky was light black.”

The origin of a series of lights spotted glowing eerily through the clouds over Kent remains a mystery. The UFOs were reported hanging in the sky over Hythe and Folkestone by several people, with a series of sets appearing over the course of 30 minutes.

On Nov. 4, motion detector cameras set up on the back upstairs balcony of Dr. Richard O’Connor’s home captured photos of what he believed was a UFO. They were among 280,000 photos his cameras have taken over two years.

O’Connor, who is interested in UFOs and said he had set up the cameras in the hope of capturing something flying by, tried to have the photos analyzed and got various opinions, ranging from some saying that the photo had not been manipulated to others saying it had.

     Jetsetters had the fright of their lives after nearly hitting a rocket made of fizzy drink bottles at 1,500ft.

A report from the air safety body UKAB revealed that the pilot of an Airbus A321 leaving Birmingham Airport spotted what he described as a UFO from the cockpit of his plane.

Crew members on the 200 passenger flight also saw the homemade rocket shooting 100ft past the right side of the plane just after it took off last August.

It passed “very close” to the starboard side of the aircraft but did not make contact, said the UKAB which investigated the incident.

     FALLS CHURCH, Va. (WPVI) -- Dozens of witnesses spotted a white-hot fireball as it streaked across the skies of the Northeastern United States.

The meteor could be seen Saturday night from Washington D.C. to Ohio.

Reports of the meteor began around 6:17 p.m. as it flashed into view over the Northeast U.S., being seen from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Michigan and Ontario, Canada, according to tweets.
