Applause, applause, applause! Give thanks for whistleblowers!

Alexandra Bruce, publisher at Forbidden Knowledge TV, has done it again!  She provides us with the inside story about a whistleblower at Pinterest, which she documents in this narrative.

Eric Cochran is the young engineer who came forward. He explains here the inner peace that he felt when Pinterest fired him:

I could live in the comforts of life and I could go on for 80 years and make money…and then I’ll just fall to ashes. I think that’s how a lot of people live their lives and it’s hard to break out of that rhythm, there’s like an inertia…to me, this was just such an obvious choice because I saw wrongdoing…this is something that, no matter what happens, no matter what I lose, it’ll mean something after I’m gone…

All the things that we think are so important, like our status on social media even our reputations online, they don’t matter and that’s really how the tech establishment controls people…fear, intimidation that you’re gonna be a social outcast but those things aren’t real…it’s just fake stuff and there’s so many people in the real world who do support you and who do have your back and you’re making all the difference for the country and for the world and for humanity when you come forward and you tell people what’s really going on inside of these dark censorship bureaus.

“To me there’s no other option.”
“I saw wrongdoing.”
“This is the moment that matters.”
“This awakens more people to what’s going on in tech.”
“Bring more light to the case.”
“The tech companies can’t fight us all.”
… Eric Cochran

Personally, I think accurate journalism plus human dignity, righteousness, and the sacredness of true freedom—not socialism, Leftist-thinking or censorship—owe all whistleblowers a sincere debt of gratitude, since we probably never would know the putrid depths to which Internet platforms – and other controllers – stoop in order to instill fear, bigotry, control, plus an apparent New World Order agenda.

Big tech has a hive mind.

The “Hammer,” created in the 2000s during the Bush Administration, was flipped into an offensive weapon by the Obama Administration to be run for domestic surveillance, etc.  It was supposed to be used for foreign surveillance ONLY, but the Obama Administration applied it to USA domestic society!

Nothing short of unbelievable, which the mainstream, lamestream media apparently colluded not to report to the public, is discussed by none other than Dr. Dave Janda of Operation Freedom.

“They needed to change the narrative!”

Alexandra Bruce, publisher at Forbidden Knowledge TV, in her narrative about the video below, says,

This is a full-blown psychological war that is hurting people and it’s especially perverse that it is being wielded by those who lord Political Correctness over everyone, by those who de-monetize, de-platform and de-bank creators who sincerely do stand for truth and justice.

It’s a symptom of something even bigger. One of my favorite writers, James Howard Kunstler calls the current descent of liberalism into a maw of delusion and bad faith “Wokesterism…the widespread dishonest, despotic, and sadistic behavior syndrome that has roiled college campuses all over the country, and infected every corner of national life, including the giant social media companies, the corporate HR departments, the entire Democratic Party, virtually all show business, and the US Military. Wokesterism employs the same tactics used by Mao Zedong’s Red Guard during China’s ‘cultural revolution’ of the 1960s — an epic fiasco of mass coercion in which millions of innocent people were imprisoned, tortured, and executed to consolidate the ageing and ailing Mao’s power and purge all dissenters. Even the Chinese communist party got sick of it and quashed the hysteria after Mao’s death.”

[….]

But don’t be fooled by the woke theatrics. It’s all a big distraction from the largest political crime in US history and Dr Dave Janda is back on the SGT Report with the latest juicy, behind-the-scenes details.

These platforms were created because they don’t leave “footprints.” Whoa!

The video below probably is one of the most important “tools” tracking, plus exposing the illegality that was implemented under the Obama Administration: Obama, Brennan and Clapper.  They used it as their privatized system to blackmail and leverage people, which denied Fourth Amendment rights!

That’s criminal activity, which covered for Hillary’s humiliating loss and others’ illegal criminal activities.

Every American’s freedom and security now are in harm’s way!

We no longer are guaranteed freedom, but live in a surveillance state, similar to China.

What’s going on behind the scenes?  How come two State Senators were murdered?  What did they know, and report, that apparently got them “offed”?

It’s time to demand a stop to all the collusion between the Deep State and ALL their collusionary partners.

What does the Deep State fear the most?

“The number of Deep State players that are trying to save themselves at the expense of other Deep State players is significant.”  “Rats turning on rats.”  … Dr. Dave Janda

Op-Ed by Catherine J. Frompovich

Daily, if not almost moment-by-moment, we, the awakening “useless eaters,” as we are labeled by the New World Order controllers, are inundated with revelatory news of how supposedly too-big-to-fail corporations that receive millions in taxpayer subsidies also affiliated with the Deep State’s CIA, have failed and utterly DECEIVED their subscribers, including global information consumers, with boldface lies, deceptive practices and outright information CENSORSHIP.

Why has no one in U.S. federal government regulatory agencies and Congress taken on such outright livid denials of citizens’ U.S. Constitutional rights and start dismantling Google, Alphabet, YouTube, Facebook and other Internet platforms that practice “selective editing algorithms”?

Good question?

Something had better be done very soon before the USA approaches the 2020 election cycle or, if Google has its way according to Jen Gennai who “gushed” about Google’s plans to influence that election cycle, “RussiaGate” may wind up looking like a summer picnic destroyed by a weather geoengineered scalar-cloud flood!

Transparency in media colleague, Alexandra Bruce, publisher at Forbidden Knowledge TV,  whose online presence was interrupted and taken down by MailChimp last week, produced another outstanding defining narrative and video by Red Ice Creations with comments by Henrik Palmgren.

After digesting the above ‘forensic autopsy’ of Google’s ultimate 2020 election meddling plans, which we now have video and official proof for, thanks to Project Veritas, do-nothing Congress had better get its act together, specifically since the progressive Left-wing Democrats: Pelosi, Schumer, Waters, AOC, et al, certainly have something not only to investigate, but definitely dismantle.

Do you think the Deep State and Shadow Government will allow such Congressional sanctions, when the Internet censors are part and parcel of the surveillance state and New World Order controller crowd we, the high tech consumers, actually allowed to happen by our addictions to microwave technologies?

Dear Readers:

Please consider this a most serious public service announcement specifically targeted toward senior citizens and persons receiving Social Security benefits.

Wednesday, July 3, 2019, evening at 7:24 PM, I received a telephone call on my landline, which I answered on the kitchen phone while hand washing dinner dishes.  I don’t use a dishwasher; it’s a waste of resources.

Upon picking up the phone’s receiver, I heard a most imposing authoritarian male voice say, and I’m paraphrasing, ‘This is Social Security and we are calling to tell you we are discontinuing your payments’, to which I immediately screamed at the top of my voice, “F – – k You, Scammer.”

Potty mouth seems to work wonders, I’d say.  Most telemarketers and other scam artists hang up immediately.  That may be a tactic to remember, as those callers perceive you are more trouble than they want to deal with; you don’t frighten very easily, thus a waste of their scamming time and schemes.

The male caller went on to say, ‘If you would like more information, press one,’ which I did and immediately was disconnected from the call.  Okay, so what did I do next since I’ve been hearing on the local Philadelphia all-news radio about such scam sham Social Security office phone calls cleverly using technology to use Social Security office phone numbers as caller IDs?

I went to the phone with a caller ID screen and there I found the following:

US Gvt Soc Sec  877-405-1451

Hint: Gvt not Gov, as the official designation

which I redialed immediately only to hear the following prompt: You have reached the Springfield Social Security Office; our hours are 9AM to 4PM daily.  Why the phone call then at 7:24 PM?

Dutifully, I listened to their message and prompts, which took me to where I found the following information for reporting the scam:

1. Office of the Inspector General telephone number: 800-269-0271

2. To file an online official complaint visit the website: OIG.SSA.gov

The above personal experience indicates how technology has provided more angst for our daily lives, especially targeting individuals using fear techniques some cannot resist, but give in to scammers’ demands.  Don’t dare!

I can tell you I’ve been a Targeted Individual (TI) for many years and have learned how to deal with telephone and cyber criminals.

Here are my tactics:

a. If you can, force yourself to use “potty mouth” or “salty” language, something I don’t like but it works. However, that tells the caller you are a hard-core, seasoned “veteran” who knows how to deal with scammers and cyber thieves.

b. Use the similar tactics for email harassment too.

c. Don’t engage in conversation with the caller other than the above, but demand they remove your telephone number from their call lists.

d. Bang down the receiver as hard as you can, so as to blow off their ears. Not nice, but really appropriate since they are trying to scam you.

e. Immediately call back the number in your ID screen, when you most likely will hear a prompt saying, “You have reached a non-working number; hang up and dial again.”

American Natural Superfood - Free Sample

f. Learn to screen your calls and not answer a non-recognizable name or phone number.
I like the ones the caller ID screen identifies as “Caller unknown.”

g. Regarding computer email harassments: don’t open unrecognizable emails, especially avoid opening any embedded links within an email, and report them as junk email, either phishing or block.

Wait!  It’s only going to get worse the more high tech and microwave generated surveillance we encounter or have forced upon us.  Learn now how to avoid all that will be coming your way.  You lived before all this high tech BS, and you can live now without it too. I do!

Regarding Vaccines, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims for Vaccine Damages, and HHS/FDA

Attorney Walter Kyle of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, began representing Plaintiffs with vaccine injuries ten years before the Vaccine Injury Act began, and has argued more than forty cases before the Special Masters of the United States Court of Federal Claims [under the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act] – 42 U.S.C.A. §300aa, et.seq. As a result, Attorney Kyle has unique insight into the nuances of vaccine injury law.

To start our interview, may I ask how you became involved in vaccine law?

I began representation of vaccine-injured clients in Arkansas in 1977. My first case out of law school was representing a paraplegic mother who acquired paralytic polio from mutated Sabin live trivalent oral polio vaccine [TOPV] viruses shed from her three-month-old infant’s diapers. Centers for Disease control classified the woman in the “immune deficient” category of “vaccine associated contact cases” from Type 2 Sabin vaccine.

Walter, you just mentioned the phrase “vaccine viruses shed.” For those who are not familiar with such terminology I’d like to say it means certain types of vaccines contain certain viruses that are alive and once injected into [orally administered to] an individual can infect others via contact with bodily fluids, excrement, and sometimes coughing or sneezing. In your first vaccine case, the mother contracted paralytic polio from viruses “shed” in her infant’s diapers soiled with urine and feces.

Walter, how did you present that case at court?

In the first case against the manufacturer, American Cyanamid, which defended based on the fact that the woman was categorized as “immune deficient” and implied the reaction was her fault, I countered with the position that the Type 2 vaccine caused her immune deficiency since she had never been sick in her life before contact with that vaccine. After settling that lawsuit against the manufacturer for failure to warn, I instituted a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) lawsuit against HEW for regulatory violations in the license and release of OPV, in general, and the individual Lot of polio vaccine, in particular. In addition, I challenged the FDA’s intention to use Sabin’s live oral polio vaccine (OPV) for immunization of unwitting contacts of vaccine recipients as an unconstitutional invasion of their privacy (see Loge v. United States, 662 F.2d 1268 8th Cir. 1981), which evolved into civil actions of “battery” against the sole manufacturer of the Sabin vaccine –American Cyanamid.

Can you tell us what happened in that case?

From my perspective I gained a profound disrespect for the FDA and pro-vaccine defense experts who pretended the case could have been from wild polio in spite of the fact that most, if not all of the polio in the United States at that time, arose from parents coming into contact with the polio viruses shed in their child’s stool or saliva.

Their justification then, similar to their justification now, arose from an unwritten CDC/FDA policy to “sacrifice some for the good of the whole” – a comment related to me by a senior CDC physician, Dr. Michael Gregg, in a private conversation.

This explains why zero funding is available to do clinical studies of vaccine reactions in the United States.

Both of the lawsuits settled before trial. The trial judge dismissed the FTCA lawsuit and was overturned on appeal in the decision cited above.

Before you go further, can you please explain what a Vaccine Injury Table is?

According to HHS Health Resources and Services Administration, “The Vaccine Injury Table (Table) makes it easier for some people to get compensation.” [1]

It makes it easier for some and impossible for others. Certain reactions within a set time period are automatically compensated. For example, the parent of a child who became paralyzed by polio within 60 days of the child’s receiving the live polio vaccine would automatically be compensated. This was the most common reaction to both live and inactivated polio vaccines.

However, a child acquiring an encephalitis where the Colburn strain of CMV (cytomegalovirus) was isolated from his brain at the age of six, would not be compensated unless his lawyer were clever enough to discover that the Colburn strain of CMV is actually simian in origin and came from the African green monkeys used to produce the live polio vaccine.

Recently Baboon endogenous retrovirus (BERV) was discovered in MMR vaccine, but no one has access to the tests to detect it in children with possible vaccine reactions. Since it is a live vaccine, one would expect the onset to occur within 3 days to three years, nor would anyone know how to correlate it to the particular Lot of vaccine given as FDA keeps such information secret.a “commercial privilege” protection under FOIA.

Walter, what I find interesting about the Vaccine Injury Table is something most proponents of vaccines/vaccinations probably are not aware and it is “The Table lists and explains injuries/conditions that are presumed to be caused by vaccines.” [1] So, in effect, HHS/CDC/FDA agree vaccines can cause damage. I suggest every parent becomes familiar with the Vaccine Injury Table in the link at reference [1].

The Table is per se inadequate and a mother or father should follow their gut instinct when faced with a vaccine reaction most of which are probably not on the Vaccine Injury Table. Currently there are laboratory-testing methods developed, but withheld from diagnostic use by FDA that can quickly and cheaply link reactions to vaccines. I do not feel anyone should subject their child to an immunization unless faced with an actual, not a CDC forecast, epidemic of a life-threatening pathogen. That is, until those testing procedures are made available to the general public for diagnostic evaluations of both the injured and of the vaccines which are administered.

I am not anti-vaccine but strongly oppose FDA/CDC/NIH B.S. (rhetoric and hyperbole) when it comes to evaluation of vaccine reactions. For example:  Dr. Jonas Salk, developer of the inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) gave unchallenged testimony before the Senate Committee establishing the Vaccine Injury Table that there had been no paralytic reactions to the Salk vaccine in 450,000,000 doses resulting in a Table that provided no compensation for IPV-caused polio. The FDA stood by and said absolutely nothing, but had good reason to know Salk’s testimony was not true. Really!

Salk had provided expert assistance and consultation to me for 12 years while the ongoing feud between Sabin and Salk brewed over which vaccine should be used in the United States.

When the Chief Special Master appointed me to head an Attorneys Committee to investigate the possibility that Salk’s vaccine had caused hundreds of cases of polio that had never been linked to the vaccine by FDA, I truly believed that Salk’s vaccine had never caused polio except in one isolated manufacturing problem in 1955.

After the Committee investigated and discovered that not only had Salk’s IPV caused polio, it had probably started epidemics, and the famous “Frances Field Trials,” which the FDA’s predecessor touted as proving IPV’s absolute safety, were “rigged” and probably caused as much polio as they prevented.

Walter, that’s something that isn’t well known and apparently pushed under the carpet, as they say.

Under the carpet would have been nice, HHS pushed the attorneys on my committee out the door. The Justice Department attorney began attacking members of the Committee on trivial issues, objected to our being paid promptly in all matters including other cases and ultimately all of us stopped practicing in the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Walter, thank you for pointing out that important fact, something vaccine safety advocates are concerned about to this very day—unknowns in vaccines. It’s happened several times and constantly gets pushed under the ‘scientific carpet’, it seems. Please continue.

By 1988, I concluded, based on evidence discovered from the OPV manufacturer’s files and FOIA litigation against the FDA, that FDA allowed release of live Sabin oral polio vaccines that also contained live simian retroviruses and/or viable genetic sequences of such retroviruses within the polio vaccine itself – a fact admitted by the Director of the Bureau of Biologics on April 15, 1980 in the Federal Register.

In 1992 a world renowned medical journal, The Lancet, published my paper, “Simian retroviruses, polio vaccine and origin of AIDS” 339:600-601 (Mar. 7 1992), which linked the 1981 AIDS outbreak in the United States to the nationwide use of OPV for treatment of genital herpes in homosexual men by dermatologists. Following multiple oral doses of OPV, the viruses passed in their stools along with the then unknown simian retroviruses and herpes viruses (i.e., SIV and KSHV – Kaposi’s Sarcoma Herpes Virus – and CMV – Cytomegalovirus). Curiously, this panorama of simian herpes viruses also infected the first AIDS victims.

That article identified specific lots of contaminated OPV and suggested independent testing, which FDA refused to retest, but “pretended” that it had through false press releases in 1996. The FDA faced huge liability here so they spent millions sending someone to find AIDS-like virus in chimpanzees which is more genetically similar to HIV than any of the other simian viruses, problem was, the chimps would eat the same African green monkeys, the source of all SIVs, which were used in the oral polio vaccine.

Curiously, Sabin’s Type II oral polio vaccine, most frequently (of the three Types in a single dose of Sabin OPV) associated with the immune deficient category of paralytic polio was administered to and ultimately isolated from the stool of a chimpanzee.

I believe an honest evaluation of the science would place AIDS under the vaccine injury table, and what a massive expense that would be.

So Congressional oversight of the issue may be hard to acquire, but should be sought, all parents should ask for is “the whole truth,” the portions of truth FDA releases often times mislead.

Although I have not actively practiced law for several years, I have followed the scientific developments in the vaccine injury debate. Furthermore, I feel it is possible to eliminate the Vaccine Injury Table and simultaneously streamline the onerous litigation process HHS has devolved for vaccine injury cases, but only if the FDA provides:

1. Vaccine injury claimants have access to the deep sequencing technology and microbial detection arrays capable of identifying every known and sequenced virus, pathogen, fungus and parasite that might be associated with the onset of illnesses following vaccinations, and

2. similar sequencing data on every lot of vaccine distributed in the United States for comparison of illnesses following immunization with pathogens present in the vaccines and the medium (substrate) used to generate the vaccine, or;

3. for recombinant DNA vaccines (rDNA), studies on the viability, propensities, and evolutionary tendencies of the genetic vaccine agent when introduced into an appropriate species or cell line free of any other portions of the original putative agent toward which the vaccine is targeted.

Walter! That would be an answer to a lot of prayers, I’d venture to say. What has happened recently?

The latest vaccine saga began on May 7, 2010 in Gaithersburg, Maryland, when the Vaccine and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) met to review the finding that 200,000 copies of a pig virus were found in each dose of the rotavirus vaccine. An independent laboratory with access to Lawrence Livermore’s Microbial Detection Array, (LLMDA), screened some off-the-shelf vaccines for all known and sequenced viruses and the findings were published in Virology on March 10, 2010. Test results on the polio vaccines were apparently withheld, possibly for unwanted results consistent with comments that I made at the meeting. (Transcript p221).

That modus operandi is getting to sound a little familiar, I’d say. Go on, please.

In that meeting Dr. Holly Franz, developer of the array patented by Lawrence Livermore Labs stated Transcript p330) that over 2 million known pathogens could be detected with this 2×3 inch glass slide that cost about $400.00 and that it could detect mitochondrial DNA changes before any vaccine reaction occurred. The chips were developed, promoted and patented with claims of usefulness in diagnosis of the cause of illnesses.

Walter, that’s exactly what vaccine safety advocates—especially I—have been suggesting, asking for, and promoting with regard to mitochondrial DNA. Sorry to interrupt, but that is amazing.

The FDA “fix,” unfortunately, was in place at the time of the meeting and the Committee discussion at the end of the day foreshadowed what FDA planned for this revolutionary diagnostic tool. VRBPAC members voiced concern that someone might use the LLMDA on other vaccines or products and newly detected agents would appear that VRBPAC could not explain. The unspoken fear, in my opinion, was that vaccine reactions could now be scientifically correlated to agents in the vaccines, and no longer defended with argument and innuendo which formed FDA’s historical basis for publicly assuring vaccine safety.

Walter, if such technology is available—and its invention may have been funded by taxpayers’ dollars—what kind of conspiracy or collusion is going on that prevents the public and their physicians and pediatricians from having access, especially now that the CDC’s VAERS reporting system shows serious numbers of adverse events. Oh my goodness—Congress ought to get involved and mandate FDA release LLMDA to professional and health consumers’ access. Please continue.

The meeting itself appeared to be a “red-herring” approach to quell public outcry over a non-required vaccine, which contained a contaminant that had been in the vaccine for 15 years and could have been detected by PCR (polymerase chain reaction). FDA members on VRBPAC assured the public that no reactions had been associated with the pig viruses in the vaccine during those fifteen years.

That, Catherine, was the FDA at its Orwellian best – its orchestration glibly implied that testing for pig viruses was routinely performed in diagnosis of a potential reactants unusual symptoms. The FDA failed to disclose how many, if any, physicians had ordered PCRs for these pig viruses in the past fifteen years. Why would they? Chances are high that no testing was ever done, which is probably why the FDA “spun” this lack of data into “proof of safety” – and allowed the continued distribution of the vaccine.

Walter, that makes me want to cry for all those who received that vaccine over fifteen years. That’s perfect proof to quell those who say vaccine safety advocates are conspiracy theorists and don’t know what they talk about or science. What you just said should be considered “high crimes and misdemeanors,” I think. Please continue.

This scenario is consistent with the FDA’s findings in 1970 that 100% of the Sabin Oral Polio vaccine was contaminated with simian herpes viruses and FDA permitted it without ever notifying physicians of potential adverse effects or even its presence in the vaccine. The same can be seen in 1975 when FDA lab workers found simian retroviruses contaminating OPV, and it was allowed to continue by the Bureau of Biologics (BoB). A year after asserting the vaccine, the regulations did not bar the release of OPV contaminated with simian retroviruses, the Director of BoB became the Senior Vice President of Scientific Affairs at American Cyanamid – the only company producing OPV in the United States at that time.

Walter, what does that tell you? Someone’s fanny ought to be sitting in a jail cell, I say. What do you suggest?

That the Chairman of the American of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Sam Katz, should be in jail with them. I say this based on the internal memorandums at Lederle, which indicate they obtained his support to block regulations that would have required Lederle to remove the simian herpes viruses from their vaccine after it was discovered in 1971 that 100% of the OPV carried African green monkey cytomegalovirus within the vaccine. I say this without regard to his giving me one of the highest accolades a vaccine injury attorney could receive when he shouted at me (after Congressman Burton’s hearing on the Hep B vaccine) – “You are a despicable attorney.”

Katz co-authored the FDA treatise on polio vaccines in 1980 that asserted the regulations did not prohibit release of oral polio vaccines containing simian retroviruses, which included Simian immunodeficiency viruses from rhesus monkeys, African green monkeys and chimpanzees that could be passed by the vaccine.

People should question why VRBPAC did not address the baboon (BERV) and human endogenous retrovirus (HERV-k) found in MMR vaccine, reported in Virology in the same article that identified the pig viruses. Could it have been the potential damage to the FDA’s Omnibus Litigation on autism pending before the Supreme Court?

Ahhhhhh! Something smells a little fishy, I’d say.

I feel, that at the very minimum, FDA should have revealed the scientific developments, available to the FDA, which should have been used to screen all 5,000 litigants, instead of basing their defense on the testimony of an expert for Claimants whom they vilified. That was argument and innuendo, not science…and certainly not within the spirit of the legislation intended to assist vaccine-injured claimants in a simple and hassle-free recovery.

Walter, does Congress know about that? If not, why not? I sure hope there can be a congressional investigation into vaccines, and I’d love for you ask that dynamite question. Go on, please.

I doubt that anyone in Congress fully appreciates the plethora of “political” scientists who occupy the upper level positions at FDA and NIH and who have the capability of not funding projects that would scientifically analyze vaccine reactions. We have seen that failure to follow up from the outset when SV-40 viruses contaminated the initial Salk vaccines, to the 1971 discovery of simian herpes viruses contaminating OPV – which all seemed, curiously enough, to all appear in the initial epidemic of AIDS – to the current comments on RUO’s and IUO’s where the College of American Pathologists and American Society of Microbiology subtly “bought in” to the FDA’s concern about using the LLMDA testing to screen vaccine victims for reactions.

After the VRBPAC meeting, Lawrence Livermore Labs stopped looking for “commercial partners” to develop new uses for the technology – for example using it to test vaccine injured claimants for diagnostic purposes, and FDA threatened to revoke the license of any lab that used the technology for diagnostic purposes and proposed regulations which limited the use to research and investigational use only. For more information, Google RUO and IUO and the attempt to regulate the chip under the “medical devices” regulations.

Walter, what you say above is nothing short of collusion and/or conspiracy on the part of FDA to keep health science from healthcare consumers whom FDA is supposed to be protecting.

How down right damning of FDA!

I feel the actions of the Secretary of HHS, in denying Claimants access to the latest scientific methodology to present their claims violates Claimants’ rights to both substantive and procedural due process as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and the Vaccine Compensation Act. This is not saying that the Vaccine Compensation Act, itself, is unconstitutional, but that Claimants’ rights to recover compensation under the Act are compromised by the bar set up by the FDA, which should be considered a violation of the Secretary’s statutory and Constitutional powers. Unlike a claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) that can be barred by the “discretionary function” exemption, the Secretary’s power to administer the Act arises from the statute, which was intended by Congress to streamline recovery for people injured by vaccines.

The Secretary, in withholding access to the latest science from Claimants, their attorneys and experts, violates the Claimants’ rights to substantive and procedural due process, especially where the Off-table injured, are denied the ability to adequately present and argue their case. Intentionally withholding scientific developments from vaccine Claimants whose right of recovery is dictated by Judges appointed by the Secretary, in a Court controlled by the Secretary might best be moved to Australia where kangaroos are an indigenous species.

Walter, thank you so much for saying that. That’s the legal crux of the entire vaccine issue, I think. So?

Under the Act, as presently interpreted by the Supreme Court, claimants are barred from challenging the relative safety of one vaccine, compared to the safety of another vaccine, in suits against vaccine manufacturers. The definition of “safety” of a vaccine depends on the HHS Secretary’s discretionary decision to not clinically investigate reactions to any given vaccine. The Secretary routinely chooses to not investigate the safety of vaccines where adverse reactions are reported and this discretionary decision may not be challenged under the FTCA.

But I do not believe Congress intended to grant the Secretary, nor does the Secretary have the discretionary authority to block a Claimant’s access to the latest scientific technology in order to prove a claim, where the science may be the only possible means for direct proof and Claimant’s Constitutional right to a “redress of grievances” and access to state courts has been limited by the Vaccine Act.

How outrageous! And innocent infants, toddlers, teenagers, and adults suffer!

Don’t forget the taxpayers. Access to the science should streamline and make the claims process less confrontational and more succinct…eliminating fees for experts and lawyers and saving money…although it could open the door to more claims, it could also close the door on others…but at least it can now provide answers to parents with doubts. If vaccines are so safe as the proponents claim, there should be no objecting to implementing and analyzing information gleaned from these advances in meta-genomics and high through-put sequencing. Most suspect their concerns are that the vaccines are not as safe as “advertised.”

However, where the vaccine is improperly made in violation of specific regulations, the discretionary function exception does not apply under the FTCA.

Under the Vaccine Compensation Act, Congress clearly intended that people injured by vaccines should recover damages by merely proving that a vaccine caused the injury without needing to show the warnings given were inadequate or that the vaccine was improperly made. All that needs to be proven is that the vaccine caused the injury.

Congress also intended that recovery be quick and non-confrontational.

Now wait a minute, Walter. Talk to any parent who’s tried to get a vaccine claim filed. Continue.

Neither of which has been followed since the early days of the Vaccine Compensation Program and the “deck,” unfortunately, has been stacked against Claimant’s recovery.

You said it!

In Loge v. United States my proposed action against the HHS Secretary under the jurisdiction of a “Constitutional Tort Claim” for an invasion of the mother’s right to privacy for being exposed to and immunized with a untested and unsafe “shed” polio virus vaccine pursuant to a government program to immunize people without their knowledge, or consent, and against their free will was rejected by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I was later informed, however, that the FDA was very concerned about this approach, which followed the logic found in Bivens v. Six Unknown and Unidentified Federal Narcotics Agents. Loge was allowed to proceed under the claim that the original vaccine, itself, failed to pass mandatory safety regulations and ultimately settled.

May I ask a ballpark figure, or can’t that award be disclosed?

The amount is immaterial. There is not enough money to compensate a mother for the loss of her legs when her first and, as a consequence, only infant is three months old.

American Natural Superfood - Free Sample

I suggest that any childhood immunization is a per se invasion of the recipients privacy since the child cannot provide meaningful consent. Hence the Secretary’s action to block access to technology [LLMDA] that could both predict reactions before they occur or prove causation when they occur is a violation of the child’s right to privacy and the basis for a Constitutional Tort Claim against the Secretary of HHS.

The Secretary’s actions in blocking use or this technology for diagnostic purposes violates the rights of Claimants under the Vaccine Injury Act to their rights of procedural and substantive due process and effectively eliminates their Constitutional right to “redress of grievances” and access to the state courts.

Pardon me for interrupting you, Walter, but I need to applaud that statement.

We now know that many vaccines carry previously unidentified agents (i.e. simian herpes viruses and immunodeficiency viruses (OPV/IPV), Baboon endogenous retrovirus (BERV) and human endogenous retrovirus k (HERV-k) in MMR vaccines and those are the tip of the iceberg.

Walter, MMR has been suspect for a long time in parents’ minds. Parents have stated that when a child receives the MMR vaccine, that’s when the problems begin.

As a class, infants and children forced to receive immunizations under the FDA threat of withholding education to States that do not exercise their “police powers” to require immunizations for school entry, are the most vulnerable, innocent, and unprotected group in our society. As a group they are also our nation’s greatest assets.

Where’s the problem, as you assess it?

At VRBPAC the government abdicated all control and oversight of vaccine substrates to the pharmaceutical manufacturers in an apparent attempt to side step liability for any future contaminants that might travel within vaccines.

Unless Congress requires that all vaccines distributed in the United States be screened using the latest scientific technology available and making that information public record, more chicanery from manufacturer’s such as Merck, which recently was exposed as falsifying efficacy data in a whistleblower’s lawsuit [[Civil Action No.10-4374, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania filed August 27, 2010] is certain to occur …and efficacy is one baby-step away from safety.

So, what does that portend for the future of vaccinations?

With such information public record, or at a minimum available to any claimant alleging injury following immunization, and any claimant having access to the latest scientific methodology to assess their claims, is the only way to assure a safe vaccine program and the only way to justify mass immunizations of our children.

Having these tools available should streamline the vaccine claims process and ultimately, obviate protracted litigation. If vaccines are so safe, as proclaimed by the FDA, it would eliminate recovery by Claimants who do not suffer from vaccine derived injuries.

Where the FDA has abdicated substantial authority to vaccine manufacturers on substrates, and claimants lack access to such knowledge and information as a result of FDA’s actions, it is only fair that this technology be made available to all Claimants and all physicians investigating the etiology of any disease or malady suffered by children who have been immunized or in close contact with other immunized children.

Finally, I suggest that authority over the nation’s vaccine program be removed from the Secretary of HHS and be given to a new Cabinet level appointment who is independent of pharmaceutical company influence or control.

Walter, this has been a most amazing interview, for which I thank you. I’m certain our readers’ minds will be blown. However, more than anything, I truly hope and pray some members of Congress read this and take the necessary actions to correct and neutralize the apparent conspiracy involving vaccines in federal government agencies. Again, thank you!

A note to Readers:

Please send a copy of this article to your U.S. Senators and Congressmen and women in Washington, DC. Furthermore, I request that you ask every person running for elected office the following question:

Would you support the movement to force the FDA to make the latest scientific tests available to the public for evaluation of vaccines sold in the USA, and allow parents who suspect their child had a vaccine reaction to have open access to the diagnostic technology LLMDA for diagnostic purposes?”

Let’s make FDA accountable to those whom it is supposed to protect, not Big Pharma.

Researchers such as Dr. Sin Hang Lee are finding contaminants in vaccines

Wellington, New Zealand. According to testimony presented via international video link before a coroner’s inquest in Wellington, New Zealand, (August 9 NZ) by Dr. Sin Hang Lee (August 8 USA), a pathologist on the medical staff of Milford Hospital in the State of Connecticut, “residual HPV DNA fragments from the viral gene or plasmid injected with Gardasil®”have been found six months after that vaccination (series) was given to Jasmine Renata.

Ms. Renata, a teenager, died in her sleep of unknown and unexplained causes. An autopsy was performed to determine cause of death.

Interview With Norma Erickson, President, SaneVax, Inc: Part 1

Norma Erickson is President of Safe, Affordable, Necessary & Effective Vaccines and Vaccination Practices(SaneVax, Inc.), a vaccine safety advocacy group. SaneVax became involved at the request of the late Jasmine Renata’s parents, who were seeking help understanding what happened to their lovely daughter following her death after experiencing numerous problems with the HPV vaccine Gardasil®. [1]

This interview covers part of the ‘history’ involved in that unfortunate case.

Norma, can you please tell us the date of Jasmine’s death?
Jasmine died September 22, 2009.

Do you happen to know if Jasmine experienced any medical problems before her death?
Yes, beginning with warts and mood changes after her first injection; same thing after the second. The warts came back a third time after the last injection, mood and behavior changes, tingling sensations in her limbs, memory loss, tachycardia, chest pains and multiple other symptoms. The entire chronicle is here: http://sanevax.org/jasmine-from-wellington/

How many Gardasil® injections did Jasmine receive? How far apart were the injections given?
Gardasil®, as you know, is a series of three injections. The first injection was September 18, 2008; the second, November 18, 2008; and the third, March 17, 2009.

At any time were her parents suspicious of any reactions to the Gardasil®, vaccinations? If so, what were they?
I have not spoken personally with Jasmine’s parents, as they have been working with an associate in New Zealand since shortly after their daughter’s death. Out of respect for their privacy, all personal contact is maintained through the person they had established a relationship with. That being said, Jasmine’s mother wrote her version of the events and allowed SaneVax to post it on our site in order to try and let other parents know the potential risks involved with HPV vaccinations. The story can be viewed here: http://sanevax.org/gone-after-gardasil-jasmine-new-zealand/ .

How did SaneVax become involved in this case?
Once information about Dr. Lee’s discovery of HPV rDNA fragments firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant in multiple samples of Gardasil® circulated, SaneVax began to receive requests from parents of girls suffering severe reactions all over the world looking for a way their daughter’s blood could be tested for the contaminants. SaneVax had to turn them all down, because we knew Dr. Lee’s lab was not set up to work with blood samples and no protocol had been developed to try and detect HPV DNA particles attached to aluminum in human samples. No one knew if it would even be possible to detect such fragments.

Occasionally there would be some sort of special circumstance involved where I would forward an inquiry directly to Dr. Lee because the questions were beyond my field of expertise. The New Zealand advocate working with Renata’s parents posed many questions I could not answer with any degree of certainty, so I put her in direct contact with Dr. Lee.

I understand an autopsy took place. What did that autopsy reveal?
The autopsy did not uncover any HPV DNA fragments. Quite the contrary, the autopsy ruled out all known causes of death.

So, why then, did a coroner’s inquest take place recently?
In New Zealand, when there is a death with no identifiable cause, it is routine for there to be an inquest.

Let’s back up a little. If you say SaneVax was getting requests from around the world to have blood tested of young girls experiencing severe reactions to Gardasil®, how did this come to happen?
Originally, Dr. Lee tested 13 different Gardasil® vials from six different countries and four different manufacturing facilities, and all were found to be contaminated with HPV rDNA, firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant.

Can you reveal the dates of Dr. Lee’s discovery?
The tests were done in June to August of 2011.

Did SaneVax contact any health authorities, e.g., FDA?
As soon as Dr. Lee’s final report was turned in to SaneVax, we reported the situation to the FDA, September 2, 2011. Considering the Gardasil® issues came right on the heals of the Vioxx scandal, we saw no reason to report the issue to Merck. Furthermore, it is the FDA who is responsible for protecting the health and safety of medical consumers in the United States. Since that time, a couple more Gardasil® vials have been tested. I believe we are at 16 now, and all confirm residual HPV DNA.

I know we can’t divulge information regarding what took place at the inquest until the coroner releases it to the public, but from what you know of Dr. Lee’s research, can you please share with us what he found after his pathological examination, since he is under contract to SaneVax and you are the owners of the research?
I can discuss it to the best of my ability.

Dr. Lee’s pathology report indicates that Gardasil® material was lodging in tissue and may have been causing health problems. The fact that Gardasil® DNA fragments were suspended in post-mortem blood—and six months post vaccination—indicates there is pathology that HPV vaccine makers did not warn about on the vaccine package inserts as a contradiction. How serious a problem is that for vaccine makers?

In my opinion, it poses a quite serious problem for two reasons. First, the manufacturer went to great lengths to remove all residual HPV DNA from the vaccine, including using a patented process to remove it from the vaccine. They assured regulatory agencies worldwide that there was no ‘viral DNA’ in the vaccine in order to obtain approval for marketing their product. Any way you slice it, HPV DNA is viral DNA – it need not be the complete virus to be viral DNA.

After we reported the presence of HPV DNA in Gardasil® to the FDA, FDA declared without presenting any supportive data that rDNA fragments are an acceptable excipient. The fact is the FDA does not know the physical condition of the HPV DNA or plasmid DNA in the vaccine. The physical condition of naked foreign DNA determines the fate of these DNA fragments and their pathophysiological effects in the human body.

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({});

Up to now, the vaccine industry always knew “The FDA specifically requires vaccine developers to show that VLPs [virus-like particles] do not encapsidate “specific” nucleic acid sequences from the expression system, and especially those encoding VLPs components.” (Valley-Omar’s paper)

Second, had Jasmine had wild (natural) HPV in her blood, it would not have lasted very long as the macrophages would have degraded it within a couple of days. Therefore, according to Dr. Lee:

The finding of these foreign DNA fragments in the post-mortem samples six months after vaccination indicates that some of the residual DNA fragments from the viral gene or plasmid injected with Gardasil®have been protected from degradation in the form of DNA-aluminum complexes in the macrophages; or via integration into the human genome. Undegraded viral and plasmid DNA fragments are known to activate macrophages, causing them to release tumor necrosis factor, a myocardial depressant which can induce lethal shock in animals and humans.

Norma, could that tumor necrosis factor include cancer? Are there other ‘unknowns’?
TNF [tumor necrosis factor] is but one possible byproduct of macrophage activation. To the best of my knowledge, it only affects the heart. Other cytokines also could theoretically be produced as a result of macrophage activation causing other problems – no one knows. Study in this area is relatively new.

No one knows the potential consequences of these foreign DNA fragments remaining in the human body. Can they cause cancer? Can they cause autoimmune disorders? Can they cause birth defects? Can they cause death? No one knows – that is a HUGE problem, in my opinion.

Do you think AAHS [amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] in Gardasil® can be the primary contributing factor to so many deaths and adverse reactions in young girls who were vaccinated withGardasil® ? Please elaborate.

Personally, having looked at the results of the clinical trials where the vaccine was tested against the AAHS as a control, I believe it is a strong possibility that AAHS is a contributing factor. The reason being the adverse events during the trials were somewhat evenly distributed between the two groups. Unfortunately, over 70% of all trial participants experienced a ‘new medical condition’ during the trials – which, by the way, is the CDC’s definition of an adverse event.

How very interesting! And, of course, that does not appear on vaccine package inserts, does it?
The only thing quoted in package inserts or advertising is Gardasil® is safe and effective. It does not seem to matter what the truth is, i.e., the vaccine appeared to be no more dangerous than the adjuvant during clinical trials. Remember that even this may be misleading, as no one knows the long-term effects of the HPV DNA particles. The real experiment is being conducted on young people around the world as we speak.

What did Dr. Lee’s pathology report state regarding that connection?
Dr. Lee was not looking for aluminum damage or exposure. He was simply attempting to discover whether or not the HPV DNA fragments found in Gardasil® were also present in autopsy samples.

According to Dr. Lee, the HPV DNA fragments in the vaccine were firmly bound to the amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate (AAHS) particles that are used as an adjuvant in Gardasil® formulation. The post-mortem finding obviously indicates an apparent unknown role AAHS in Gardasil® plays in the body’s retention of HPV DNA particles, especially since a relatively high amount of AAHS is administered with each vaccination. What should the U.S. CDC and FDA do in view of these findings?

Ideally, these agencies would rescind Gardasil® approval until such time as independent—not Big Pharma—laboratory analysis could prove the residual HPV DNA attached to an aluminum compound poses no risk to medical consumers.

Well, isn’t that part of the problem with vaccines, e.g., the rush to get vaccines certified for human use often with a rush to judgment and sometimes-flawed science?
Yes, at the very least, the CDC/FDA should provide autopsy samples from all deaths subsequent to Gardasil®vaccinations to independent laboratories with suitable technology to investigate the situation further. Anything less is a betrayal of the public trust.

I think this is where we can end Part 1 of this interview.

In Part 2 we will address as much as we can about Dr. Lee’s research.

Interview With Norma Erickson, President, SaneVax, Inc.

Catherine J. Frompovich, Contributor
Activist Post

Sin Hang Lee, MD, is a medical practitioner historically qualified to practice medicine in the People’s Republic of China, the District of Columbia, New York State, and the State of Connecticut in the USA, plus in Canada and British Commonwealth countries via his registration with the General Medical Council of the UK. Currently Dr. Lee holds a medical license in the State of Connecticut, USA.

Dr. Lee has staff privileges at the Milford Hospital in Milford, Connecticut. He was certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomical pathology (1966); certified in general pathology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (1966); and granted the F.R.C.P. degree by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (1966). Dr. Lee has practiced diagnostic pathology in Canada and the USA continuously since 1966 with a special interest in developing new technologies in laboratory medicine. His most recent research is the use of low temperature (LoTemp®) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and direct automated Sanger DNA sequencing to increase the sensitivity and specificity of the molecular diagnosis of infectious diseases.

Using Dr. Lee’s new methods, PCR can detect HPV L1 gene DNA bound to nanoparticles; it can detect HPV L1 gene DNA of vaccine origin present in human blood and tissue samples.

Norma, given the above professional bio about Dr. Lee, one has to assume he is more than qualified to discuss his findings with regard to the Jasmine Renata case in New Zealand. I understand Dr. Lee was one of numerous experts and witnesses to testify at the recent (August 9, 2012) two-day inquest held to determine the cause of death, which could not be determined officially by autopsy. This case has gathered local interest and coverage. I understand the New Zealand press covered the event in real-time and reported on it. Here are two links to that coverage.

The Dominion Post

Ostago Daily Times

Since we cannot discuss the inquest until the coroner releases that information, let’s talk about some of what we know. Dr. Lee tested 16 samples of Gardasil® in use from 9 countries, each with a different lot number. The lot numbers of the 5 New Zealand samples, the cities of origin and the HPV genotypes of the L1 gene DNA found in each sample are listed below:

Lot #             Country/Source                 Results

NL01490       New Zealand, Tauranga       HPV-18HPV-16

NK16180       New Zealand, Northland      HPV-18HPV-16

NK00140       New Zealand, Tauranga       HPV-11HPV-18HPV-16

NM08120      New Zealand, Christchurch  HPV-11HPV-18HPV-16

NL13560       New Zealand, Wellington      HPV-11HPV-18HPV-16

There seems to be a potential problem that falls back on to the Renata case insofar as Dr. Lee’s findings in Jasmine’s blood and spleen tissue and the above findings. Can you please tell us about that?

Yes, Catherine, there are multiple potential problems with discovering HPV-16 L1 DNA in Jasmine’s samples. We must emphasize that what was discovered in the Gardasil® vaccine and in Jasmine’s samples are viral DNA fragments, not the infective wild viruses.

First, HPV infection is confined to epithelium. This virus does not survive in the blood or in other organs of a healthy woman. Any naked HPV DNA fragments in the circulating blood would be degraded by serum or intracellular DNA nucleases (enzymes) if these fragments are taken up by the macrophages (a component of the white blood cells), and eliminated from the body in 24-48 hours.

Since the HPV-16 L1 gene DNA fragments were discovered 6 months after Jasmine’s last Gardasil® vaccination, we have to assume these HPV DNA fragments were either protected by being firmly bound to the aluminum adjuvant, or by integrating themselves into the human genome through poorly understood mechanisms.

Didn’t Jasmine’s mother contact Dr. Lee after she had read that the U.S. FDA announced that the Gardasil® vaccine contained residues of HPV L1 gene DNA?

Jasmine’s parents made contact with us after the discovery of genetically engineered HPV DNA in Gardasil® through an associate we work with in New Zealand. They were then put in direct contact with Dr. Lee because of his expertise.

I think our readers ought to know that the FDA affirmed Gardasil® samples do contain HPV L1 gene DNA fragments. That can be confirmed on FDA’s website:

http://www.fda.gov/BiologicsBloodVaccines/Vaccines/ApprovedProducts/ucm276859.htm

Wasn’t that an ‘after-the-fact’ FDA announcement to its certifying that Gardasil® was safe and effective, despite it being bound to insoluble adjuvant AAHS particles? How could that have slipped by the certifying process? I guess that does not appear on the vaccine package insert, does it?

The webpage you refer to was a public response to the SaneVax letter which informed the FDA of the contaminants Dr. Lee had discovered. Anyone reading the FDA’s announcement should note there are absolutely no scientific references to back up the claims, and I quote, “The presence of these DNA fragments is expected, is not a risk to vaccine recipients, and is not a safety factor.”

In stark contrast, readers can examine our original letter informing the FDA of this potential health risk here:

http://sanevax.org/sane-vax-to-fda-recombinant-hpv-dna-found-in-multiple-samples-of-gardasil/

Instead of conducting further investigation into our discoveries, including the finding of HPV DNA fragments firmly bound to the insoluble AAHS adjuvant, the FDA issued a blanket statement as to the vaccine’s safety.

AAHS is listed as an adjuvant on the package insert. But a molecular complex of HPV DNA or plasmid DNA fragments firmly bound to the AAHS particles (probably through a chemical reaction) are not.

Don’t those insoluble adjuvant AAHS [amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] particles and the HPV L1 gene DNA encourage cytokine production, which apparently is not listed on the vaccine package insert?

AAHS is Merck’s proprietary mineral-based insoluble adjuvant with a very high binding capacity for HPV VLPs, the active major capsid protein antigen in Gardasil®. The vaccine manufacturer and the FDA might have known there would be residual HPV DNA and plasmid DNA in the Gardasil® vaccine, if there is evidence to support that claim.

However, they did not know (or, if they knew, did not disclose) the physical condition of these naked viral (HPV) and bacterial (plasmid) DNA in Gardasil®. For example, these DNA fragments could be in the aqueous phase (dissolved in water), encapsulated in the VLPs, or bound to the AAHS by electrostatic attraction or an irreversible chemical reaction between the aluminum in the AAHS and the phosphate backbone of the DNA molecules.

In his testimony, Dr. Lee presented experimental evidence to show that DNA/AAHS complexes may constitute a new chemical compound with unknown effects. As all AAHS nanoparticles are designed to be phagocytized by tissue macrophages after intramuscular injection, any foreign viral and/or plasmid DNA present would be carried into the cytoplasm of the macrophages along with the AAHS nanoparticles. Once in the cytoplasm, these foreign DNA fragments, protected from degradation, may act as long-acting stimulators to activate the macrophages to signal the production of cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF).

TNF is a known myocardial depressant capable of causing hypotension and lethal shock in animals and in humans, as well as other symptoms commonly reported by the girls vaccinated with Gardasil®.

Persistence of foreign DNA fragments in the cells increases the chance of integration of the foreign DNA into the human genome through poorly understood mechanisms, thus increasing the risk of gene mutations and cancer.

Should MDs who administer Gardasil® be aware of that key omission on package inserts because of the potentialities of what can happen to vaccinees, e.g., tumor necrosis factor, even sudden death syndrome from myocardial dysfunction or as a result of maldistribution of peripheral blood flow?

It is not standard practice to warn physicians or medical consumers of unproven scientific theories. To date, there has been no research in the area of the risks of foreign DNA being attached to aluminum particles included in vaccines. The research to discover the real risks just has not been done.

That being said, those who administer Gardasil® should be made aware of the fact that severe adverse reactions occur at a higher rate than deaths from cervical cancer in most developed countries, the United States being one. [Reference

http://informahealthcare.com/doi/abs/10.3109/07853890.2011.645353]

What is the tumor necrosis factor?

TNF is a cytokine primarily secreted by macrophages (white blood cells). This cytokine is involved in the regulation of a wide spectrum of biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, lipid metabolism, and coagulation. It is one of the cytokines that have been implicated in a variety of diseases, including autoimmune disorders/diseases, insulin resistance, and cancer. [Reference:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/7124]

Isn’t the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) a recognized myocardial depressant? Isn’t TNF known to cause the release of cytokines?

TNF is one of the cytokines, which may be produced when either naked viral or bacterial DNA activates the macrophages. Yes, according to Dr. Lee, “It is a known myocardial depressant capable of inducing lethal shock in animals and in humans.”

One may also consider since the medical profession currently uses TNF-blockers to treat inflammatory conditions such as Crohn’s disease, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, that overproduction of TNF may be a precursor to these and possibly other autoimmune disorders.

If I’m not mistaken, don’t HPV L1 gene DNA residues left in Gardasil® bind to cationic AAHS[amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate] nanoparticles?

Yes, at pH 6.0-6.5, AAHS in the Gardasil® vaccine carries a positive charge and the DNA a negative charge. Therefore, there is an electrostatic attraction between the two. But as Dr. Lee testified at the Jasmine inquest, a highly stable, perhaps irreversible, new chemical compound of the cationic aluminum bound to the phosphate backbone of the DNA molecule may have been created in the Gardasil® vaccine. The toxicity of the DNA/AAHS complexes is totally unknown.

How much AAHS adjuvant is there in each Gardasil® 0.5ml dose?

There are 225 mcg of AAHS in each of the three recommended doses to complete the series.

Aren’t the proteins used as antigens in Gardasil® manufactured in yeast cells using genetic engineering? That’s not in the public knowledge, is it—especially genetic engineering manufacturing in association with the use of aluminum-based nanoparticles as adjuvant? What type of impact, if any, would that have in cytokine production?

Yes, the HPV L1 protein virus-like particles (VLPs) used as antigens in Gardasil® are manufactured with yeast cultures using genetic engineering. The method by which they were produced was explained, but in my opinion, the general public did not connect the explanation of the concept with genetic engineering. It is my understanding that any foreign (meaning non-human) DNA remaining in the vaccine, whether it be from HPV, bacteria, yeast, or any other ingredient used in the manufacturing process could pose unknown health risks. Viral DNA and bacterial DNA fragments firmly bound to aluminum salts are more of a concern than yeast DNA, particularly when it comes to the potential of causing lethal shock.

For those who doubt the HPV L1 gene DNA findings, what are the odds that prove that Jasmine’s samples were accurate and beyond a reasonable doubt?

As Dr. Lee testified, his findings are validated by DNA sequencing, the gold standard for HPV DNA detection and genotyping. A few split samples, which Dr. Lee has tested in Connecticut, are being retained in Auckland Hospital. Other interested scientists may reproduce Dr. Lee’s test results by testing those retained samples, which can leave New Zealand only with the Coroner’s authorization.

Macrophages—white blood cells—get involved. Can you explain what transpires in the body that implicates Gardasil®?

Honestly, I cannot explain what happens in the body. What we have here is HPV L-1 gene DNA in the vaccine firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant, a DNA/mineral complex, which was not expected. We have HPV-16 L-1 gene DNA in the macrophages of post-mortem blood and spleen samples, a finding which was not expected in a healthy woman. There are only two ways HPV DNA could have remained in post-mortem tissue – either it was protected from normal degradation by being firmly bound to the cationic aluminum; or it had integrated into the human genome. Either one poses serious potential consequences that need to be defined and disclosed. It is the job of the FDA/CDC/NCI and any other federal agency responsible for protecting the health and welfare of the American public to conduct the necessary studies to answer the questions about potential health risks. If your readers would like to learn about the potential consequences, I would suggest they search for ‘macrophage activation syndrome.’ They will find over 365,000 sites linking to the latest scientific data.

If all Gardasil® samples Dr. Lee tested were positive, what are the implications regarding genetic engineering in any vaccine manufacturing?

I would personally think it would bring any genetically engineered vaccine under scrutiny for the same potential risks.

That information about Gardasil® impacting white blood cells and tumor necrosis factor does not appear on the vaccine package insert. What do you have to say about that?

It would not appear on the package insert, as it was just recently discovered. However, that does not absolve the FDA of at least some culpability in the matter. When the FDA was informed of the contaminating HPV DNA, they did an immediate about-face from ‘no viral DNA’ to ‘it was known and expected.’

If indeed, it was ‘known and expected,’ medical consumers deserve the answers to the following:

• Exactly when did Merck inform the FDA there is viral DNA in Gardasil®? In a letter dated April 19, 2006, Merck emphatically stated Gardasil® ‘contains no viral DNA.

• If Merck did report this to the FDA, what did the report state about the physical condition of the HPV DNA fragments in the final product? Were they in the aqueous phase of the vaccine suspension? Were they encapsulated in the VLP’s? Were they bound to AAHS nanoparticles? If so, how were they bound? (Naked foreign DNA in different physical conditions may have different pathophysiologic impacts on the human body.)

• Did Merck report the presence of plasmid DNA in addition to the HPV DNA? (Plasmid is DNA from bacterial origin and is attached to the HPV L1 gene for production of the vaccine protein. It may be expected to be present together with the HPV DNA in the vaccine.)

• If Merck knew the HPV DNA was bound to AAHS to form DNA/AAHS complexes, where are the reports from the studies they must have performed on the pathophysiologic implications of using these complexes?

Now here’s something that should be a ‘clincher’, I think. I understand HPV DNA was reported in the plasma of patients with invasive cervical cancer, which was known to be the source of HPV DNA in plasma. Furthermore, HPV DNA was not detected in plasma samples of patients who did not have cervical cancer. Jasmine did not have cervical cancer, as determined by autopsy. Therefore, she/her body should not have any HPV DNA from a cancer. What do you have to say to that?

As stated previously, there are very few conditions under which HPV DNA would remain in a person’s blood and spleen long enough to be detected. This is one such circumstance. [References: Pornthanakasem W, etal. BMC Cancer. 2001;1:2; Shimada T, etal. Jpn J Clin Oncol. 2010;40:420-424]

We’ve been talking about HPV L1 gene DNA in blood and spleen samples. Were any found elsewhere in Jasmine’s tissues?

We have learned via a report from New Zealand that:

Neuroscientist Professor Christopher Shaw of the University of Columbia in Vancouver told the inquest via video-link today that he was sent Ms Renata’s brain tissue to test.

He said there was aluminum in all the samples he tested and there were some abnormalities in the samples.

“The human papillomavirus (HPV16) was found in her brain, which could have only got there through the vaccine.” Prof Shaw said.

Do you think the FDA should be looking for a cause-effect link between HPV L1 gene DNA-activated macrophages and lethal shock?

Of course they should be looking! At the very least, they should be hunting down samples from every unexplained death after Gardasil® and sponsoring independent studies to determine if HPV L-1 gene DNA is present in others. They should also be looking at those reporting serious adverse events after Gardasil® for the same DNA.

As it stands, the FDA is not living up to their mission statement, which states:

“FDA is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

“FDA is also responsible for advancing the public health by helping to speed innovations that make medicines more effective, safer, and more affordable and by helping the public get the accurate, science-based information they need to use medicines and foods to maintain and improve their health…..” [Reference:http://www.fda.gov/aboutfda/whatwedo/default.htm]

Medical consumers have trusted the FDA to do exactly that – protect the public health and help them get accurate, science-based information – these trusting medical consumers have been betrayed.

Norma, thank you so very much for this interview. I appreciate your cooperation in helping healthcare consumers understand issues authorities apparently don’t want to discuss.
