Is the U.S.-mandated Hepatitis B vaccine administered to newborn infants within 24 hours of birth the initial ‘impact’ vaccine for ‘programming’ a child’s unfortunate decline into the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?

The answer to that question is a resounding “YES” according to a 2016 peer review study titled, Neonatal hepatitis B vaccination impaired the behavior and neurogenesis of mice transiently in early adulthood published in the Elsevier peer review journal Psychoneuroendochrinology.

The extensive research on mice brains published above indicates what the CDC/FDA should have found and warned against as part of the licensing procedures for the Hepatitis B vaccine introduced as a recommended infant/childhood vaccine way back in 1991, when “the first dose was recommended to be administered at birth before hospital discharge or at age 1–2 months.” [3]

That apparent default by the ever-increasing-malfeasance being exposed on the part of the CDC/FDA’s either ineptness or reliance upon what’s known as “consensus science,” is proof of the absolute need for the dismantling of a federal U.S. health agency—listed on the U.S. Stock Exchange (NASDAQ) [4]—by Congress, who has oversight.

Congress should be investigating the role a ‘premiere’ U.S. federal health agency has in the ‘promoting’ of false science, or their lack of due diligence to protect U.S. citizens, all while dispensing fraudulent and/or pseudoscience to the World Health Organization and other nation states’ health agencies, which rely upon false and misleading vaccine ‘science’.

According to the J.B. Handley Blog of May 10, 2018, “Vax-Unvax study of mice implicates Hepatitis B vaccine, media silent,” (the first study that ever looked at the impact ANY vaccine might have on the brains of mice):

This work reveals for the first time that early HBV vaccination induces impairments in behavior and hippocampal neurogenesis. This work provides innovative data supporting the long suspected potential association of HBV with certain neuropsychiatric disorders such as autism and multiple sclerosis. [1-2] [CJF emphasis]

The statistically outrageous fact about the Hep B neonatal vaccine is that it is administered to approximately 70% of neonates WORLDWIDE!

According to Dr. Yao, the Hep B vaccine effects administered to mice indicated:

1. The HBV vaccine negatively impacted the behavior of mice.


2. The HBV vaccine mice experienced a spike in the cytokine IL-6.


3. It took time for the neurological impact of HBV vaccine to manifest. [Therefore, the argument of no “correlation and causation” needs to be rejected totally.]


4. They concluded with a statement that, in a sane world, would prompt the immediate cessation of Hepatitis B vaccine administration to babies. [1]

Annual immunization costs have gone from $100 per child in 1986 to $2,192 per child in 2015, the Times noted, citing data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Times described vaccination costs today as ‘soaring’. [5] [That was in June 2015; what’s it in 2018?]

Question: Do the CDC/FDA function as ‘sane’ health agencies since they are financially supported by the pharmaceutical industry [6]; controlled by vested interests [7]; and even own patents on 54 vaccines [8]?—a definite conflict of interest!

Congress clearly likes PDUFA as the act has been renewed five times since 1992. PDUFA-V was approved in 2012. Undoubtedly, this legislation helps to support the FDA and fuel needed growth. In 1995, The actual user fee charged to each company filing an NDA in 1995 was $208,000. In 2014, the user fee will be $2,169,100. If you assume that as many as 50 NDAs are filed in a year, Congress is passing on $100 million of FDA funding costs to the industry. [6]

The most damning of Conclusions, probably ever stated in a peer review article on vaccines, was uttered by Dr. Yao and his fellow researchers:

This study used the same vaccine and a similar time schedule to those used for human infant vaccination in China. Therefore, these findings suggest that there may be similar effects of neonatal HBV vaccination on brain development and behavior in humans.

There is nothing more important for the Trump Administration, the U.S. Congress, and all states—both foreign sovereign nations and subsidiary states within individual nations—than to step back, realize the huge mistakes made along with the harm they have perpetrated upon the future of humankind, the children of the world, in promoting false and misleading health damaging information about vaccines and TO CORRECT IT NOW.

Vaccines are not what they are cracked up to be; they are falsely promoted pseudoscience vested-interest, money-makers for a pharmaceutical industry hell-bent on profiteering from lifelong pharmaceutical customers for whom they have to invent new drugs to ‘control’—not cure—the diseases being set into motion from day one of birth by vaccine mandates!

According to research and resulting protocols from Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD, who has licenses to practice medicine in European Union countries and also in the United States, 98% of children on the autism spectrum have confirmed Lyme disease as per PCR (polymerase chain reaction) [1] testing.

I spent close to an hour trying to listen to Dr. Klinghardt’s video discussion regarding his findings, but I have problems with my Microsoft Operating System insofar as what it doesn’t want me to see or hear, I get interferences, and the sound for that video was not very loud even though I had it at 100%.  So, if I mistakenly report something you find Doctor said differently, please understand why, as it was at times almost impossible for me to hear his talk.

One of the points Doctor made was 70% of ASD children are contaminated with aluminum, which is a co-infection agent in human bodies.  Where does all the aluminum come from?  Numerous sources like mandatory vaccines/vaccinations [2], but more so from Solar Radiation Management (SRM) spraying, aka “chemtrails”, where anodized aluminum [3] has been found in assays done on air samples.  Dr. Klinghardt claims aluminum seven thousand (7,000) times greater/higher than the EPA allows has been found in air samples and humans are forced to breathe Al into our lungs, thereby contaminating our brains and other organs.

Where’s Congress’s oversight on this criminal act?

Other contaminants according to Doctor include glyphosate (think Roundup®), retroviruses and mycoplasmas [4].  Is Mycoplasma pneumoniae [5] one of those mycoplasmas that will help set off what’s being projected to be the next pandemic “Klebsi plague” [6]?

If I heard Doctor correctly, he claims Wi-Fi destroys one-seventh (1/7^th) of bodily processes.  Please listen carefully to make certain I got that correctly.  Wi-Fi radiation has unhealthful consequences for fetuses!

Around 18 minutes, more or less, on the video timeline, Doctor talks about retroviruses and what they do to human RNA and DNA, which then can become genetically transferred, as I understand DNA interferences.

Endogenous retroviruses [7] are involved in numerous human diseases, e.g., cancer.  My question is how many of these retroviruses did humans acquire from vaccines being run through animal tissues, e.g., mouse brains, monkey kidneys, etc., in the making of vaccines that subsequently are inoculated directly into the human blood stream?  Can that be part of a plan to change the human genome for some ulterior reason?  Transhumanism?

Retroviruses, according to Doctor K, also affect ADHD and other neurological health issues.

Now here’s how Doctor thinks humans acquire retroviruses—from insect bites, especially fleas!  Insect retroviruses!  But now Big Pharma is making some vaccines on caterpillars like in caterpillar-grown flu vaccines [8]!  Doctor cautions about pets with fleas; infants and toddlers innocuous exposure to fleas in carpeting, etc.

Vaccinated children were fourteen (14) times more disease-ridden than non-vaccinated children, per a recent study.

Around 31 on the timeline, Doctor talks about remedies and one, in particular, is Suramin, which modifies cell receptors for various diseases.  He claims cannabis also is an effective natural remedy.  So is sulforaphane in foods, especially in broccoli sprouts, which ASD parents may want to look into.  He also mentions a special tea called Cistus that he uses in his protocols.

It’s coming up on mid-term elections in November 2018 and some individuals are getting antsy about President Donald J. Trump’s apparent failure to address an issue he brought to the forefront while campaigning in 2016: Vaccines Cause Autism!

Then-presidential-candidate Trump was joined by another 2016 presidential contender Dr. Ben Carson, MD, who as a physician reiterated his position on vaccines given to infants and children.  To date neither has revisited their respective remarks and what voters apparently took as a platform issue to be addressed by Mr. Trump if he were to become president.

Mr. Trump is now the 45^th president of the United States and a grassroots movement is being organized to make vaccine issues, especially Autism, a 2018 mid-term election issue for all candidates, especially GOP candidates and contenders.

What few voters probably fail to realize is, it was the GOP Republican President Ronald Reagan who committed the greatest healthcare faux pas affecting individual freedom of choice in healthcare when he signed into law

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34) was signed into law by President Ronald Reagan as part of a larger health bill on Nov 14, 1986, in the United States, to reduce the potential financial liability of vaccine makers due to vaccine injury claims. [1]

The Republican Party did the damage, so the Republican Party should be made liable for correcting it, in my and other’s opinion, as Dr. Bart Classen, MD, proposes in his July 3, 2018 press release [2].

In part of the Classen press release, Doctor states:

While president elect Trump discussed creating a Vaccine Safety Committee whose purpose would be to evaluate each and every vaccine for its safety, efficacy and cost effectiveness, this has not manifested. In the face of more than a decade of parental outrage citing harm to their children, notwithstanding the President’s adamant position that Vaccines are linked to Autism, Trump appointees running the FDA, CDC, and HHS continue to implement dangerous vaccine policies resulting in States mandating immunization. None of these vaccines have not been adequately tested for safety.

For example, the recombinant hepatitis B vaccines, which is imposed on every American infant on the day or even hour of birth received FDA approval based on safety studies that followed the subjects for only about 7 days post immunization. Need we say more? [CJF emphasis]

Unfortunately for the GOP, Parents and other vaccine safety advocates, disillusioned by the GOP’s inaction, are being encouraged to withhold support for the GOP in the current local and State campaigns. If GOP wants the support of the millions of organized voting families that supported Trump’s election due to his position on vaccines, the administration would be wise to take, at this critical midterm elections, some concrete action to address the vaccine safety crisis as well as to inform GOP candidates of the President’s position on vaccines.  State-to-State, organized coalitions are planning to ask GOP candidates about their position on vaccine mandates. It would be advantageous, if not intelligent, that GOP candidates be familiar and aligned with the President’s intention, though not yet manifested, to evaluate the safety of vaccines and impress on the president the need to keep his campaign promise regarding vaccines.

Nothing explains more succinctly the need to hold the GOP’s feet to the fire for correcting the vaccine damage fiasco, which resulted from the GOP’s President Ronald Reagan’s highly lobbied action, than the following video wherein Bernadine Healy, MD, former NIH director, explains what everyone in medicine should know but no one in the CDC, FDA or Congress will address: biological individuality that makes each child unknowingly susceptible to vaccines toxic ingredients especially, “to a component of vaccines like mercury,” as Dr. Healy points out.

With all the medical-scientific bull floating around regarding vaccines and  Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), it would behoove everyone, but especially HHS/CDC/FDA, to take seriously a  paper published in September of 2014 titled “Environmental Chemical Exposures and Autism Spectrum Disorders: A Review of the Epidemiological Evidence” and published completely at the U.S. NIH’s PubMed.

The paper’s authors discuss increasing revelations regarding environmental chemical exposures and autism.

ASD is a serious and increasing public health issue in the USA, if not the world, that governmental health agencies don’t seem to be very concerned about or want to do anything to find the root cause.

As the World Mercury Project points out,

 … New Jersey—the state with the longest-running and most comprehensive surveillance—was 1 in 22 boys, up an alarming 32% since 2008. The CDC report concluded, “With prevalence of ASD reaching nearly 3% in some communities and representing an increase of 150% since 2000, ASD is an urgent public health concern that could benefit from enhanced strategies…to determine possible risk factors.  [CJF emphasis] [1]

The article from which the above information was taken, “Maternal Immune Activation and Autism Prenatal Vaccination as a Risk Factor for ASD” [1] discusses and questions what activates the maternal immune system and specifically questions the role of vaccines in mandates for pregnant females.

To illustrate the above, WMP made this point:

Public health researchers admitted this in 2016 when they stated:

“Vaccines contain carriers and adjuvants (e.g., aluminum), each of which could possibly cause toxicity, and the active ingredient is an immune trigger that, itself, may be deleterious for the developing nervous system” [emphasis added].

Not only is aluminum—in any of four formulations added to vaccines; sometimes more than one form too!—but also other toxic and neurotoxic chemicals and ingredients [2] such as: Thimerosal (49.6% ethylmercury); formaldehyde/Formalin (a known carcinogen); polysorbate 80 (a known anti-fertility ingredient); polyethylene glycol (a chemical used in antifreeze); MSG; antibiotics; and other things like E. coli; human diploid cells (aborted fetal cell lines); DNA from animals: guinea pig cell cultures, porcine circovirus cells 1 & 2, monkey kidney cells,  canine kidney cells, baculovirus and cellular DNA,  Chinese hamster ovary cells, and mouse brain cells, just to name a few.

Since the above “ingredients” are syringed into vaccinees, some of which are given to pregnant females, with most of the others given to infants, toddlers and teens, it should be incumbent upon HHS/CDC/FDA to verify the physiological safety of each ingredient in combination with other ingredients and the entire lot of ingredients in any one vaccine.  That’s never been done!

My article “U.S. Health & Human Services NEVER Performed Vaccine Safety Testing As Required by Law And Congress” indicates that FOIA documents PROVE the HHS NEVER in 32 years performed those vaccine safety tests required by the 1986 vaccine law and Congress.

HHS basically is a law-breaking federal agency!

With all the above taken into consideration, pregnant females and their physicians ought to factor in Table 1 below to understand why vaccines MUST be considered an environmental feature impacting ASD rates, and is compounded by giving them to pregnant mothers, which messes with their immune systems.

Also, those environmental toxins are given to newborn neonates within 24 hours of birth and during 2, 4 and 6 month “well baby doctor visits,” including thereafter into perpetuity per the CDC’s vaccine schedules for Children and Adults.

Congress must act quickly to get those missing vaccine safety studies done immediately, or it, too, will be remiss!

Healthcare consumers must become activists to make mandatory unsafe vaccine schedules passé and become a 2018 mid-term elections issue, since vaccines have not been studied for safety by HHS as mandated by Congress and the 1986 vaccine law.

Therefore, vaccines are unproven invasive medical treatments violating patients’ rights to informed consent, which happen to be in violation of the 1986 vaccine law in the USA, National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34).

Consequently, the World Health Organization (WHO) and every health agency (foreign and domestic) that accepts the U.S. CDC’s false information regarding vaccine safety, must rescind their statutes for mandatory vaccinations, a false and unproven medical paradigm, which apparently has become one of the environmental factors, if not the key cause, for the Autism and ASD plague now affecting the world’s children.

Several CDC studies apparently were deliberately re-worked or supervised via implicit instructions of CDC officials like Coleen A. There are facts and, then, there are factoids, which are a brief or trivial item of news or information; an assumption or speculation that is reported and repeated so often that it becomes accepted as fact [online Dictionary], which can apply, in my opinion, to the pseudoscience published by the HHS, CDC, FDA and the mainstream, lamestream media regarding vaccines and vaccinations.

In all the years I have been researching vaccine information—since the 1980s when doctors I was working with started seeing Moms come to them and say, “My kid got a vaccine and hasn’t been the same since”—the only conclusion I’ve been able to come to is vested interests use factoids, which are statements repeated so often, they became accepted as facts!

There literally are hundreds, if not thousands, of factoids regarding vaccines, their fraudulent research and faux journal articles, including a deliberate lag-time in order to carefully control information which one resolute vaccine safety advocate has delineated in an open letter to the Governor of New Jersey found at “Dear Governor Murphy.”

Fearless Parent founder and Autism vaccine information researcher and author, Louise Kuo Habakus, sets the record straight regarding the FACTS about Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the State of New Jersey, which now must be considered a bellwether or the proverbial “canary in the coal mine” real-life, real-time ASD statistical protocol for the U.S. state with the statistically-most ASD children!

According to Louise,

Autism is a dire and often catastrophic disorder that is profoundly debilitating, medically injurious, socially isolating, and financially devastating for families.

Autism is also a financial impossibility for our society. There isn’t enough institutional infrastructure to educate the growing numbers of children with autism and house the adults they are becoming. Young adults with autism are increasingly sent to nursing homes because there’s nowhere else to go.

Adding my two cents, these unfortunate children have been victimized by their own governments demanding neurotoxic and toxic chemicals must be injected into them from day one of birth!

Nation states must be held responsible, plus accountable, for their irresponsible actions, specifically like the U.S. Congress giving vaccine makers a “get out of jail gift card,” the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34),” which must be repealed and made a 2018 mid-term U.S. elections priority issue.

Louise, in fifteen printed pages, sets out to inform New Jersey’s governor of the horrors ASD presents for parents and New Jersey’s down-the-line budgetary crises to deal with ASD adults and who will take care of them.

Right off the bat, Louise states, “One in 22 boys has autism, NJ leads health crisis.” However, the CDC announced that only one in 68 U.S. children has Autism! That’s up 20% in two years and up 200% or triple since 2000! Back in the late 1970s, the rate was one in 10,000 to 15,000. What’s happened?

Vaccines and vaccination mandates! “CDC recommends 70+ doses of 16 vaccines, a 3-fold increase in 25 years!” And, according to Louise, a 5-fold increase since she and Governor Murphy were born!

Allow me to add my comments about aluminum in vaccines.

One of the neurotoxic factors all proponents of childhood vaccines ignore, and deliberately refuse to investigate, is the cumulative effect(s) of Aluminum syringed into a child beginning at birth and through 18 months of age—4,925 mcg, an inordinate amount, as documented in the chart below.

However, and even more importantly, there are unknowns of how other environmental pollutants, i.e., ethylmercury (49.6%) in the vaccine preservative Thimerosal; Fluoride in municipal drinking water; and minerals/metals from ambient exposures to certain light bulbs, food processing chemicals and additives, and air pollutants, in general, affect and synergistically react within a child’s body, which does not acquire fully-functional organ capacities until 2 years or longer, e.g., “During the first three years of a child’s life, the lungs continue to develop and mature into the structure of an adult lung.” [2]

Multiple metal exposures are known to act synergistically, thereby exponentially increasing toxicity levels and adverse reactions, especially for the brain, which does not receive full synapse capacity until around 21 years of age. The entire central nervous system is affected too.

Vaccinology apparently does not understand human physiology, or is so determined to sell its wares that vaccine manufacturers don’t give a damn about adverse health events. Why should they? They have their 1986 gift card from Congress freeing them of any legal liabilities! That has to end.

Can pollution be one of the “cause and effect” indicators in New Jersey since environmental toxins and pollution now are being brought into the causation mix? Well, vaccines contain mostly neurotoxic and toxic “ingredients.” Aren’t they chemicals or environmental pollutants? How about genetically modified organisms too! Don’t believe that? Then consider this: “Genetically engineered vaccines: an overview.”

What would happen to parents if they fed their children the chemicals in vaccines? Child Protective Services would prosecute them for child abuse and/or neglect. What’s the difference when the medical profession inoculates children with those very same poisons?

What does one expect with that percentage of vaccination compliance?

According to Louise, the CDC has a reporting lag time of 12 years! That means CDC’s April 2018 report was based on children born in 2006; it’s now 2018! She asks the question about ASD statistics for children born in 2018. Based upon CDC’s past reporting system, those statistics won’t be published until 2030. That’s not satisfactory, unless of course, you are trying to hide something.

Walter M. Zahorodny, PhD, Director of the New Jersey Autism Study, claims New Jersey has the most developed and rigorous Autism surveillance infrastructure in the U.S. So why don’t HHS/CDC/FDA implement New Jersey’s system for a more accurate reporting system rather than maintain a12 year- behind and lag-time reporting system?

Dr. Z claims the CDC’s laxity and statistics cannot be explained away by “better autism awareness”; by “changed diagnostic criteria”; and can’t be disregarded due to “changed research methodology”. Furthermore, Dr. Z says “autism prevalence is likely to be in the 3%+ range or even higher in the major metropolitan areas across the US.” [1]

Furthermore, Dr. Z says “the mainstream media’s failure to cover the latest autism prevalence numbers is very hard to justify or explain.” [1]

Dr. Z discusses many ideas to advance research in Autism, which apparently is not a top priority health issue for HHS/CDC/FDA, the ultimate vaccine pushers in the USA and globally. The CDC owns how many vaccine patents? How about 50 to 56 patents?

One of the ideas Dr. Z offers, which Louise discusses, is “Enact universal autism screening at 18, 24, and 30 months.” Another is to “increase research into environmental risk factors for autism.” Currently, only $245 million is committed to autism, whereas $4.9 BILLION is committed to vaccines (TB, malaria, HPV, AIDS, others).

One of the most profound statements in her letter to the Governor is:

Our government says there is no vaccine-autism link. Our government also has no idea what is causing autism.

Personally, I beg to disagree. The CDC has falsified so many autism studies where they found the MMR vaccine was implicated in causing autism, it’s not even funny. For my part, I have researched and written about several fraudulent CDC Autism-vaccine connections they don’t want you to know about; colluded and lied about; and should be prosecuted under the RICO act for what they’ve done.

One of the CDC’s preeminent lies about vaccines can be found in their postulations regarding “herd immunity.” Louise takes almost an entire page to discuss herd immunity, but here’s what I think sums it up:

“Herd immunity is based on a phenomenon observed after the contraction and resolution of wild-strain infectious diseases in communities.  Its original basis had nothing to do with vaccines and, moreover, it has never been proven.  Ask James Colgrove, PhD, MPH, Chair and Professor, Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health.  His book explains that health officials seized upon the hypothesis as a way of convincing the resistant masses to comply – it is one of the “techniques of mass persuasion” and “aggressive salesmanship” to achieve target rates.”

In reality, “vaccination is not a magical carpet ride to a utopian land of risk-free immunity,” as Louise points out.  Proof of the statement is the vaccine court, established under the 1986 vaccine law, “paid nearly $4 billion to cover over 6,000 catastrophically injured and deceased individuals via the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, revealing the government’s explicit admission that vaccines do fatefully injure and cause death.”  [CJF emphasis]

So what is it vaccine pushers, acolytes and medical professionals don’t get?

Could this be a clue? If they don’t vaccinate, they will lose their professional licenses plus generous kickbacks vaccine makers give to MDs who meet the prescribed vaccine schedule to vaccinate children, all while apparently harming them, thereby making more business for Big Pharma. Vaccines are administered to millions of infants every year, yet health authorities have no scientific data from synergistic toxicity studies on all combinations of vaccines that infants are likely to receive. Parents and physicians should consider health options associated with a lower risk of hospitalization or death.”
